Excellent Service

Awesome suit .... made partner look like James Bond !
Was delighted with the easiness of the website and was even more thrilled when suit arrived. Even though we needed to up size the jacket the staff were so friendly and helpful and managed to get us a replacement before our big night. The communication for delivery was probably the best of any company I have ever used.
We will only by suits etc from this company only and with three lads in the house I imagine there will be a lot of events !!

Great Suit Package
Ordered the silver tuxedo package for my son. Arrived quickly and I was delighted with it. Had to change the shirt (my mistake in ordering the wrong one) and the new one arrived within days with no fuss. Very good service and would definitely use again.

No Show Tuxedo!!!!
Very dissapointed customer here. I ordered on the 5th May and now, today 22nd May still waiting for order. Money was taken from account straight away. Graduation taking place this evening so very disappointed son. Dont think I will be using this site again.

Great delivery and service....some concern over quality
The delivery of the order was first class with no concerns at all unfortunately 2 of the 3 waistcoats received had issues, one unit had a button that fell off immediately and the second unit my brother managed to rip when putting on.
On A positive note the third waistcoat was mine and had no issues whatsoever and I will be wearing again in the future.

Excellent service
I ordered a tux shirt for my partner and it had a stain on it already, even though it was brand new! I emailed to complain & no fuss, plus an appology, I received a replacement two days later, no returns, just a new shirt. Very pleased and impressed with their service and the shirts lovely!

My orders met my expectations and when i had to exchange an item due to size issue and they ended up sending a wrong item, they immediately apologised and let me keep the wrong item and yet received the right one the ff day. Quality and decent price to match
I have ordered my wedding waistcoats and now shirts from mytuxedo and am very happy with both. Beats hiring easily. I ordered one waistcoat first to be sure and was happy with it, so then ordered the others. The waistcoats look and feel good quality, and a snip at £20. I then managed to get the wing collar shirts during the may sale for £13.50 each with delivery. These too are of good quality, not see through like I have seen in others. Very happy with both and would recommend.

I got what I asked for...Yipee
I ordered a size 19" dress shirt and it was delivered quickly, it also was a size 19" not what some high street stores claim to supply, I have in the past found that other suppliers send clothing that is nowhere near the size asked for, either too big or far too small. My Tuxedo are first class in all aspects.

Truly remarkable service
I can honestly say I have never used a company that operates as slickly as this. I needed a full tuxedo on Thursday and ordered my package on Wednesday. I was prepared for a let down! But it came exactly when promised... And I mean on the nose, great quality, amazing value and they are really lovely, professional folks to deal with. You simply do not get this kind of overall experience with many UK companies. Morning suit required next! Thank you very much! And it fitted perfectly which is quite important!

The best online service by a mile!
Found the my tuxedo website to Brillant. The suit I ordered arrived the next day ( postage was free too!!). Email communication was far superior to any other website I have ever used. Delivery time was emailed the morning the delivery was due and I was given a 1 hour window to ensure I was around, so no waiting around all day to sign for package. Suit was well packaged inc hangers for jacket , waistcoat and trousers so items could be hung straight in wardrobe. Also asked to exchange 2 items as ordered the incorrect size. This service was also second to none, emailed to say when my items had been received and send out correct size the same day. I really could not rate this website any higher! A far surperior service to any online shopping I have done before., others should take note. If only all online shops could be this simple!

150% perfect what more can I say
As the heading describes perfect from start to finish very helpful when I called with sizing questions delivered next day and apart from a few tweaks fits almost as good as my tailor made suit that cost me 10 times as much!
If you want a tux buy one you won't be disappointed.

suit to stand out in
ordered a dinner suit, shirt and tie package, arrived in 2 days, nice box, garment hung internally. All fitted perfectly and good quality, I would recommend over hiring every time at these prices. Have already told my father who dines regularly so he can tell all his friends.

Great Tux, Great Service
I would highly recommend MyTuxedo.co.uk to anyone. I ordered my Tux on a Tuesday, and within two days, had it delivered all the while, recieving emails and texts of it's dispatch, arrival, and even between what time it was going to be delivered. The Tux was packed great, and looked good when I tried it on. The website was super easy to use as well, and I got a complete outfit for an amazing price thanks to their deals. I cannot say enough good things about this site! Hope you found this review helpful, I was completely satisfied with my order. Just make sure you know your sizes ahead of time so as to avoid sizing issues, though they have a great and easy return policy as well!

Absolutely Excellent !!
Ordered a Tuxedo for my son's prom in June. I ordered it on a Tuesday at 4.45 in the afternoon, didn't choose express delivery as I ordered well in time, and the suit came the following day in the morning. I was really surprised to see it had arrived so soon. Unfortunately the suit was too small, but I am in the process of getting an exchange, and if this goes as well as when I first ordered, I will be very impressed.
