I ordered a silver tuxedo for a cruise. It said delivery in three working days. When I rang to chase it up I was informed that it was not kept in stock and the supplier was on holiday until the 7th Jan. My cruise leaves on the 5th. However they accepted the cancellation and refunded the money quickly.

We are very sorry that you didn't receive your tuxedo in time. We try to make our customers as aware as possible so we are sorry that this wasn't completely clear.
