Sorted my wedding needs at short notice
The "to do" list for our quiet wedding wasn't too taxing but I left getting a wing collar shirt and bow tie a bit too late. It was no problem with mytuxedo - incredibly fast delivery with great tracking communication too. Shirt was perfect and bow tie near perfect (loose threads) so I was all suited and booted for the big day.

Good quick service
Tuxedo were very good and prompt to deal with. Unfortunately the garment and colour were not quite what I wanted, so I had to send it back.

excellent service, quality of product a little lacking - but overall good value for money.
I can't possibly complain about the service which was prompt and wonderful. Delivery was on time and the packaging was completely intact.
The item itself was however a bit thin and doesn't have the feel of a good quality bow tie.
I would recommend this company to anyone, the ability to pay with an amazon account is particularly helpful - though be prepared that you are getting exactly what you pay for, and nothing more.

Item arrived with a button off and was too small.
For some reason buying a 48R item seems to fit me nice and loose or too tight, in this case it was too tight and would have been returned because of this. Historically I have used this supplier with no issues at all and I am sure I will again.
I have now returned the item at my cost because it does not fit and a button was damaged. I have yet to receive acknowledgment of the returned item and thus credit for same.

Excellent service up to now
I purchased a waistcoat but on arrival was too small so I phoned and spoke to a very helpful lady who explained that if I would send the small item back they would send a larger size out as soon as they received the small item, I am now waiting for the larger sized waistcoat to be despatched

Cant praise the service or quality enough
Was having a hard time obtaining a cummerbund to match my royal blue bow tie. all the big boys said they didn't stock this colour, the dress shop locally didn't know where to obtain one for me. desperate I surfed the net as they say and found just what I was looking for at this company. At the price they quoted I thought I would take the risk and order the item, not feeling too sure what would come back.
Well what a surprise ,the item matched the bow tie to perfection, the quality was superb, and the speed of service was superb and what an astounding price (low). I will certainly use this company in future for all my formal requirements.

Great Service, came quicker than i thought it would
Never expected the service to be so good. Liked the product looked exactly like the picture, quality good. Definitely would recommend My Tuxedo. Good that the returns system seemed simple as i ordered the wrong size and was able to send the item back with ease.

Amazing quality
Really was a first class service all round. Plenty of correspondence to let me know how my order was progressing, a email with a very simple tracker link. Gave the exact hour delivery due. Shirts all correct and very high quality I am very impressed. Would recommend and use again.

Bought a nice Waitcoat from My Tuxedo but I think they think people are all thiner than the tape meaure.
I ordered a wasitcoat for my 40th Wedding anniversary. The service was fantastic it came next day, colour and quality was super but I had to send it back as it was very tight May have been my fault but I am 45 round the middle and I ordered a 46 and I could hardly do it up and broke two buttons undoing it. So have sent it back. They were very helpful in communicating with me and I look forward to the waistcoat It will do for my 50th!!!!!!

Simply great service
Living in Sweden I was worried it would take a while for my order to get here. It didn't.
I also picked out the wrong size and had to send back my stuff. Something I figured might be complicated. It wasn't.
MyTuxedo knows what they're doing. Great service, great prices.

Product quality excellent - Service not so good
I purchased items for a wedding. The quality of the products was excellent but the service was not up to scratch. I hope my experience was an isloated case but it has dampened any thoughts about future purchases. The main issues were:
1. Items were not delivered on time. At the appointed delivery time the delivery company, Interlink, went to the wrong house and assumed I was not in, even though I has been waiting all day. They were not passed my telephone contact number so could not telephone me. They delivered the following day, with profuse apologies but this had caused a great deal of inconvenience.
2. One of the items delivered was incorrect and did not correspond to the product code on the invoice. However the correct item was despatched promptly and arrived the following day.
3. I returned an item for refund and received an email advising me that the cost of the item had been credited to my credit card. A week later the refund amount had still not appeared in my account and I had to chase to find out why and insist mytuxedo sort this out.
Having said all the above I found the staff extremely helpful but these issues must be sorted. I also purchased items for the wedding from M&S and Moss Bros where the service was exemplary.

Good product; shame about the delivery
I stayed home all day for the delivery and it never arrived. I rang my tuxedo who said Interlink tried to deliver but the package was refused. The name of the refuser isn't one I recognise at all! They clearly tried to deliver to the wrong address. I left it with mytuxedo to follow up and got a call back 4 days later (2 of them weekend days). Product still not here but hopefully it will arrive tomorrow. We'll see....

Outstanding service from start to finish!
What can I say? I have used My tuxedo before and always return for high quality products and fantastic service.
From placing my order an e-mail arrived instantly confirming my order with an estimated time for delivery. From then on I had update e-mails daily and even received text message updates which included a precise delivery time and even the name of the driver. The text message even gave me the opportunity to change the time and even the date of delivery.
The item arrived exactly on time and as always the items are of an excellent quality and well packaged.
All in all My Tuxedo are by far the best on-line company I have ever dealt with and they will continue to receive my custom.

Prompt delivery, easy exchange and good products
Ordered a tuxedo for our son - we measured him as best we could and placed our order, we also checked the trouser length of the 14 year old tux by email - the response wasn't overly helpful.
The suit was delivered very quickly, but typically it didn't fit - exchanging it for the correct size was easy, a few ticks on the enclosed form, dropped off at the collection point and the new (larger size) Tuxedo arrived a few days later. All fitted, everybody happy.
I would suggest that the children's age sized suits are more of a guideline, but the mens sizes seem quite accurate.
Overall a good service, we would use them again.

I am very impressed with the service received at all levels. Ordering was straightforward although my jacket size was not available in the size I required. Next day delivery was great and the couriers were able to provide a one hour delivery time slot and to keep to this. First class service all round

Outstanding Service And Outstanding Value
Having chose from a wide choice of suits, I found a suit that fitted me really well and for the larger man it doesn't happen too often.
I have already recommended the company to 2 friends.
I had sent the trousers back as they where to big,however i had the replacement pair back within 4 days . What a great service , and how very easy. Great stuff My Tuxedo keep It up . THANKS

I'm so happy, that I had the courage to order a dress shirt, a waistcoat and a cravat to my husband. (Our youngest son is getting married in summer.) The price was right and ordering was easy, but from foreign country! However I did it and today is 7th day from that day and what was waiting for me in my postbox. There was my package from My Tuxedo! So fast and the clothes looks as good as the pictures in www-pages!

fabulous waistcoat and unbelievable service
waistcoat on receipt was too small so had to return it. Couldn't believe the service received. Parcel was posted at lunchtime on a wednesday and I received the replacement on Friday morning absolutely incredible. Would definitely buy from them again.

good online service with free returns but inflexable on multiple orders and item missing
The initial service was good, i wanted to purchse 5 suits waist coats, shirts and cravets.
I only ordered the waist coats, cravets and hankies in the end as the packages were not flexable enough. where i wanted a particlular colour crevate with the package and although it availble i would have to make a seperate purchase as it was not included in the pack. When i called up to enquire all i was told was to check the site if it can be done there then it does not work.
Lastly 1 hankie was missing when i called up i was told this is because it is out of stock and may not be in for a month this is disapointing as all should match

Nice to get good service

I have returned an item because it was too big. I have posted it on Wednesday afternoon. It was received on Thursday morning and the new item was shipped to me on the same afternoon. On Friday morning I have received the replacement item. That is a service not easy to match. Excellent. Thank you.
