I bought 4 Kleber Quadraxer all-season tyres, they arrived in 3 days from Germany, I had them fitted in York by AIvinson at a good rate, it has been a smooth and efficient experience. Would definitely use again

Great
I viewed the range of tyres & purchased a set of four. I was informed delivery vould be upto two weeks, but they arrived within a week. Excellent service as the tyres are dispatched from Germany. Also when the are dispatched, they give you the details so you can track the package. Would definetly use again.

Good Service and Delivery
Ordered winter tyres and steel wheels online and delivered within 5 days; apart from one tyre and wheel which DPD misrouted. After it's holiday in Edinburgh it was delivered the next day. Contrary to previous review comments, I had no problem paying for my first order (over £400) by credit card. Would definitely use again.

Good delivery speed
nokian WR G2 tyres seam to clear water well ,and saem to give good grip. Will order off Mytyres again when need new tyres.

Good Prices, Poor Info.
On the whole pretty good. However other than an automated order responce I was given no info on delivery. The first I knew was a card from the courier five days after order telling me they'd try again tomorrow!

They did what they said they would do
Ordered two Vredestein winter tyres and paid for them on-line but was not given a dispatch or delivery date which was unnerving. However a couple of days later I received an email telling me the tyres were coming from Germany. I was able to track their progress on-line and the tyres were delivered to me a day earlier than estimated. They are now fitted to steel wheels waiting for the 'winter' to arrive. The four stars is because of the lack of delivery information at the time of the order

Terrible customer service do not deal with mytyres
Orderer tyres by credit card, to be told that the card payment was rejected. Turns out the compan don't accept credit card payment over £400 from new customers. Asked me to pay by bank transfer instead, which I duly did, only to be told that the tyres are no longer in stock. Gave them a few weeks, still no tyres so cancelled the order. It's now over 5 days later and still no sign of them returning the money.

All round good service
After getting some prices from my local tyre companies who seemed expensive for what I found upon checking, to be bottom end winter tyres and some could not even give me a definative price or delivery. Found Mytyres on the net, did a search for my size of tyre and got loads of options.Went for a good set of semperit tyres at a much lower price than any price quoted previously. Delivery was faster than what I was told. Got a local mobile fitter to put them on my old steel rims. All round good service.

Still waiting
Ordered steel wheels/with tyres as web site said delivery 8-10 days. Now 10 days later and nothing. Contacted them and they now say DELIVERY is 8-10 days (after they are dispatched) , not the time you order to door time. So I still don't know when they are coming as they have not been dispatched yet. Website very misleading about this.

Dreadful Service
Mytyres don't accept credit card payment on your first purchase if it is over £400 (they instead request a far less secure bank transfer). However, if you place two orders (in response to the initial order they don't give any detail as to why your credit card payment has been refused) then payment will be taken for the second order - against their own company policy.
To correct their error, mytyres think it is right to charge you £100 to return the tyres.
If you have any issues with your order, you will have countless calls and e-mails to their customer service line who are not english-speaking or particularly helpful.
Do not use this company if you value your sanity!!

Great service & value
Why buy your winter wheels anywhere else. We shopoed around our local tyre dealers only to be told that we could not get Continental wintercontacts as they were not available. We came to Mytyres and managed to order 4 of them and steel wheels for our car. They arrived on Tuesday the 11th Oct and only made the order on Thursday the 6th Oct. They came from Germany, so happy with the delivery time and looking forward to dealing with them every time we need new tyres.

Second set of tyres from MyTyres
Thankfully I bought some Winter tyres from Mytyres last year. What a fantastic investment so much so that I bought a second set for our second car this year. The first ones I bought were Nokian, top tyres produced in Finland, the second set are Nankang, a cheap Chinese tyre but I reckon they must be better than standard tyres in the cold weather (conventional tyres don't operate well in temperatures below 7 degrees regardless of it snowing or not) and will at least be safer. Predictably we have had the hottest October temperatures on record so I haven't been able to use them in the cold (so 4 stars) however as a regular tyre they are pretty good as well.

Great all-round service
First time using Mytyres and I could not hbe happier. Great choice of tyres and a fantastic price to match. Delivery was quicker than promised. Will definitely use them whenever I need tyres.

Easy purchase and fast delivery
This is probably the 10th time I've used mytyres. At first it was motorbike tyres but the last 4 sets have been full sets of car tyres, 3 sets of which were winter tyres. No one else has the vast range of winter tyres available for immediate delivery even when it is out of normal season for such things. I also like the tracking facility that you get so you know when your tyres will be with you and where in the world they are at present.
When I need my summer tyres I'll be back - probably in winter!

This is the second year running I have bought some winter tyres from Mytyres and I got them cheaper than last year, although the price seems to fluctuate daily so it's worth checking the website over a period of a few weeks to get the best price.

Picked tyres based on reviews found at www.tyrereviews.co.uk. Mytyres.co.uk offered the best price and the rest was easy. Good easy website.....excellant automatic emails upon completed order and the tyres arrived from Germany on day 4 at my house. Item as described and what I wanted. Excellant.

1st Class service
Fantastic website that is easy to navigate through and the selection of tyres is astonishing. I shopped around online for tyres and 'my tyres' were by far the cheapest and the costs include delivery!
I ordered winter tyres and they were with me within 72 hours...great service guys...keep up the good work.
Would definately use again and recommend to others.

Good website & delivery, but tyre quality disappointing
I ordered 2 rear tyres based on the test reports MY publish.
I wanted budget tyres but with decent grip and wear statistics, and the ones I chose had impressive figures.
However, I doubt they are true as I certainly do not have the same grip my previous tyres gave me - the car feels far less stable at speed and tends to 'wander' slightly. Even the fitter told me that the rubber was much softer than on the old ones. That, combined with the extremely wide gaps between the tread I am sure are the reasons for the poor grip.
Lessons learnt !

This company offered to sell me 4 tyres for a fair price from their website. After emailing them after the order was placed, I received the following response;
"Dear Mr. Davidson,
We are sorry to inform you that the order RD ********
listed in your order dated 04.07.2011 will be cancelled, for other reasons"

Just Brilliant
I found this is the BEST place to buy my 20" tyres, the site is easy to use, delivery is fast and you can track your order, i have used Mytyres a few times and find their is NO better place!
Once you buy from Mytyres you will use again :)

MyTyres.com is an excellent website to purchaase your new tyres, though the prices jump up and down by a large margin and so you need to keep looking at the website until the price is at it's lowest as I did. I waited 2 months until the price was below £120ea, 2 days after buying my tyres for £116 they had jumped up to £123ea.
And buy your Winter tyres early too as the price doubled during December / January and only now dropped to sensible prices again (April). So will be buying mine in August :)

Very simple to find the correct tyres on the site - plenty of information about the products. Very competitive pricing and, if you purchase more than one, free delivery.
Delivery very quick with tracking available if required. However, my tyres arrived 3 days after ordering. - 100% happy.
