I would recommend this company, the customer service were great and they put you through to other companies instead of giving you the telephone number to call yourself which is great when most companies put you on hold for long periods of time!
I found the chap that answered my call very professional and understanding throughout our conversation. He listened to everything I wanted to get off my chest. I came off the phone feeling at last someone had taken notice of my situation :)
I contacted NAH after falling down an pot hole in the pavement. They listened very carefully to the details and advised that the law was on my side and put me straight through to a legal team who explained what was going to happen next.

rang me back within 15 minutes of requesting a call, put me at ease thought i was talking to a family friend you can remember a lot of points about your case when you have a friendly voice at the other end put me onto the appropiate solicitors to handle my case.
After the first point of contact, I was directly placed into the right person to deal with my claim
Their call centre agent was very friendly and professional and explained the process well. I did have a problem understanding what she was saying sometimes as the mic on her headset was distorting.

I have contacted National helpline, they come back to me straight away, they were very quick to find out what i need it help with , after that i just got a letter that they want be able to take my case. No phone call with explanation just a letter. Felt like they only care for customers who are able to make a claim , if nothing come out of that , customers are not very important.
I was very impressed with the fast service i received from national accident and was very pleased with the fast response from the local solicitors and felt relieved that things were being taken out of my hands , leaving me free from worry
Contact NAH on behalf of a friend who is deaf and had been involved in a car accident (as a passenger). The member of staff was very helpful and polite and asked me a comprehensive list of questions. The conversation ended where he would contact me again for my friend's NI no. Only afterwards on asking her for it did I realise that at no time had he asked or taken my friends personal details only my own. My 2nd call I gave them my friends details at which point they said they would pass details of my claim to their recommended solicitors who duly contacted me. I spent 45 mins on the phone to them giving exactly the same details as I had given to NAH - so what was the point of NAH. I also asked them specifically to contact me only on my mobile number between 12 noon and 1pm because of work restrictions - only to be contacted at home during the day.
very easy i was a bit worried about starting as ive never claimed befor but was put at ease when talking to them they were very helpfull and understanding great personalites when helping you through the accident thank you
very impressive customer service, an astounding swift response considering such a large population on the planet, i must say, this is the first time in my life i have had to use such a service, and i am 100% pleased with the swift no nonsense communication and fast response, wish other companies could be so spectacular and professional
The lady on the telephone was very helpful and polite, she said that i needed to deal with their solicitors and that she would arrange for them to ring me which would probably be the day after but they rang me that afternoon. Excellent service.

They was very friendly and I felt comfortable talking to the woman on the phone. I defentley recommend them. And since it was a sensitive issue, being comfy is really important. The woman on the phone was really nice and understanding of my issue.
Service was ok but very scripted which detracts from the service level and you just feel like a statistic. I understand that certain points must be covered and questions asked but staff should receive better training to avoid it sounding scripted.
Overall I found National Accident Helpline very helpful.

They take alot of details; which is always good as it shows just how in depth they look into your claim; although I did found myself running around the house trying to find relevant paperwork; so on this front it would be helpful if their was a check-list of what you'll need ready before you ringing
