I called the National Accident Helpline as I had suffered a fall and was persuaded by family and colleagues to report it. The first person I spoke to put me instantly at ease, took my details and passed me through quite promptly to a solicitor, who was also very helpful and encouraging. Another solicitor called three days later and said she would deal with the claim and would be in contact with me with progress. Very happy and satified with the service so far!
Really nervous about phoning up as was worried what might happen at work when they
found out that i was making a claim. Accident helpline put me at my ease and told me i had a case and 20 minutes later had put me through to a sloicitor who took my details and set the wheels in motion. Heres to a successfull claim
Rang today about my accident, couldn't believe how good the lady I spoke to was.
She listened carefully what I had to say and very quickly advised me on what to do next.
Brilliant service would definitely recommend them.
I was involved in a car accident and contacted the NAtional Accident Helpline. All my contact with them was spot on and very professional. I was very impressed they returned calls exactly when they said they were going to and they put me in touch with a solicitor who send me all the necessary information swiftly and on line. A great service and I was very pleasantly surprised.
When I rang up I felt quite worried and uneasy but they made me feel so at ease and comfortable. They were kind, courteous and at the same time 100% proffessional and I knew I had made the right decision. The Gentleman made sure I knew I had done nothing wrong and that I had every right to be heard and should make sure I look after myself. I would definatly highly recommend them to anyone , it was so quick and so friendly, the staff made you feel like you were a person not just another statistic and they followed up everything they said they would . I was extremely impressed and would definatly share my experience with others.
Having spent the time going through all the details with first point of contact, who was polite and helpful, I was put through to the preferred solicitors. The person who answered then asked me for all the details again. I was not prepared to spend the time repeating what had been recorded already, and found the person came across as indifferent. I will not be taking up the service.
I have had a quick response and been appointed the relevant solicitor for my claim. It took a while to read through the paperwork and I had a few queries which were answered well. So far I am impressed with the process, now it is on to the next stages.
I rang about making a claim and had three issues regarding a possible claim. The young guy I was talking to asked about the most serious problem and after informing him of three he concentrated on just one which I had told him wasn't that important to me.. He kept using the usual yes , Sure I understand ... But was not(clearly) paying any attension to what I had said... It was only at the end I repeated again the main issues in my claim and asked if the Solicitor he was putting on my case would deal with them.. "Yes of course " He still didn't really have an idea of my needs and to be honest it was like talking to a script.... I am having second thoughts about using this service and may look elsewhere. I will look and speak to the company he suggested but if I get the robotic and ignorent response he gave then I will not hesitate to look somewhere else for help with thisd matter...
0i went into the bead shop in York road kings heath its called mo and mo and was looking at some beads and then after about 3 mins I stepped to the side to find myself falling to the ground I then felt pain in my arm hand and my back and seen blood pouring from my hand and shop assistant asking if I was ok. After I got up and the commotion had finished I looked to see why I fell down and seen that there was baskets all round the floor and then realised I had fallen over and onto baskets on the floor in the isle and ended up in accident and emergency but the thing that got me I wasn't given any first aid of any kind by the shops assistants and was taken to hospital by my husband who was called to come and get me by my daughter and her boyfriend that was in the shop with me and neither of them seen the baskets or obstruction until I was going down and that's when I realised I had not fallen over I was triped up by a basket on the floor in the aisle way which I find a very un safe place to put anything of any size
I found this easy to do and was not pressured into taking things any further. They were very helpful and friendly but most of all very honest. You are not kept waiting for ages on hold or waiting for a call back. If they can help you get what you deserve they will and if not they will tell you and as its on a no win non fee basis there's nothing to loose by calling. Even the fees that you may have to pay, if you win, are reasonable. Would recommend to anyone :-)
I checked your website and terms and conditions said you had up to 3 years to claim so as I was still undergoing treatment left it as long as possible. The woman I spoke to was lovely, understanding and helpful. However solicitor we were put to was quite sharp and told me the time to claim was 2 year 9 month so couldn't help. I'd left claiming as late as possible as was still having treatment 2 year 11 month after accident. (Still am now) He said someone else may be able to help but gave no advice on who to go to or who to go to for advice. I told him the site said 3 years but he said it takes 3 month at least to process and has to be put in COURT within 3 years so website VERY misleading! He wouldn't help so tough had to find someone. There are literally thousands of solicitors but ones I tried said the same:( After 5 surgeries I was left with no way to claim. If I'd known it was 2 year 9 month I would have claimed earlier. All that pain suffered and lifelong injury and not able to claim:( Gutted and 3 years up so can't claim now! Cheers for that. Perhaps a change to T&C is in order!
Very polite and informative. Efficient and well explained. Overall I am very pleased with the service recieved so far. As for first for lawyers they are very bad I'm glad I chose national accident help line for sure.
National Accident Helpline was very helpful and patient. Answered all my questions and they were very quick to contact me to let me know if they are taking my case or not. I am very pleased with their service.
I wasn't sure if i had a claim relating to medical negligence and came across this on well know search engine. Was able to speak to an adviser on the chat option was given realistic advice and someone phoned me up to go into more detail and I've since been contacted by a solicitor who is making a claim for me. It all happened in the space of 24-48 hours. i was concerned about wasting their time, but they reassured me i wasn't. Very happy and would recommend
The advice I was given was very straight forward and given in a polite way. I felt as though I was being listened to in a supportive and caring manner and not just another client on the other end of the phone - thankyou!
I took a claim to National Accident helpline late April, they said that they could help me.
They passed me onto a solicitor who was really interested in my case. All the details were passed over to them.
They sent me a lot of paperwork to read and sign. When the paperwork arrived I read through it and found a paragraph saying IF YOU LOSE.
It stated that if I lost the case, The solicitors may require me to pay their expenses.
If phoned the Solicitors and left a message on the answer phone, explaining that I had been told this was a NO WIN NO FEE case. So why would I have to pay their expences?. I phoned again a week later and was asked by the secutary to leave another message, I explained that I had already done this a week prior and not heard anything. She took my phone number then said she would get him to ring me when he was out of his meeting. This was on the 28th May, I sent him an email on 4th June and still not heard a thing.Total waste of time, I am going to another claim company.
The service was easy, response was fast and the advisor was very helpful, friendly and courteous. There was no sense of being rushed through the process and the choices were always explained and given to you. Great service!
The people I spoke to were very polite and knowledgeable. Only one problem, one of the people got my address wrong ie. the house number, otherwise fine.
well i phone the national accident helpline who sounded very helpful said i had a good case and would refer me to a specialist solicitor who would call me back that day. a week later im still sat waiting. its put me off persuing this now. not happy.
Wasn't sure about letting telle company help me out and when I was told they take 25% of YOUR compensation I decided not to use them specially wen there's lawyers out there who let u have all of what u win as they claim from the other side hmmmm glad I listened to friends now
