Great advice

After i had my accident and got home from the hospital i got straight on to the internet and picked up on NAH and spoke to an online advisor and within minutes i got a phone call from NAH who took all my details of the accident and out me through to a local solicitor who has now sent out claim forms , i was very impressed with the efficiency of it all , i just hope its all done with very soon so i can just move on with my life and after my injuries have healed get back to work

they need to use more efficient agents.

national acci were ok, they put me through to a solicitor but Ive given all of my details to that solicitor and heard nother for a whole month - nothing. Then when I call them up (the allocated solicitor that is). They are rude and unhelpful. If i could go elsewhere I would.

Unbelievable speed of service!!

From 7.30 a.m. when I submitted my original enquiry, I received a telephone response at 8.00 a.m. Pretty damn good since the opening hours were billed as being from 8. a.m.
The guy at the end of the phone was unbelievably polite, and took down all the relevant details in a thorough and logical way.
Within 15 minutes, I had been put through to a local firm of solicitors.
The one thing that stops me from giving five stars, is that once I had been put through to the solicitors, I had to give the full set of details of my accident all over again.
System communication between NAH and the solicitors, I know, but being in a lot of pain four days after accident still while on the phone, this was the only (fully understandable) part of the process that rankled slightly.
