Too Too greedy. I'm not buying anymore lottery tickets (although toying with the Irish one which, at the moment, is fairer to the player.) I have always suspected JIGGERYPOOKERY in our lottery since they refused to let Richard Branson take over and give more to players and charity...I hope I live long enough to see the sh** hit the fan and those who are ripping off the money brought to book

The lottery is evil

We all were deceived into believing that legalizing the lottery would solve all of our economic problems. One state after another walked through this door of profiting from forbidding vices and now the entire United States is inside this dark, evil room wondering why we now have so many problems we didn’t have before. By legalizing the lottery this gave all businesses the permission to exploit and take advantage of the people in any way they could get away with. Slowly, one step at a time, respect for the customer, and “Please do business with us,” turned into “If your baggage is one pound over 50 we will charge you a $150 penalty.” Just a few years ago anyone could carry two pieces of baggage up to 70 pounds each on all plane trips with no charges, but now we must pay for our baggage and on some airlines we must also pay for our carry-on. I believe all of this is because we legalized the lottery.

Better giving your money to charity

Given that you have more chance of being hit by lightening than winning, and Camelot take a big slice of the money, I think people would be better off giving their money directly to charity. At least then you could ensure the money goes to something good, rather than Lottery branded charity advertising.

The lottery is just a showcase of British peoples poor grasp of statistics!

few years ago, was contacted by their telephone sales dept. Was told to have a direct debit with them and I can then forget about it all for they will automatically check my results and contact me via telephone or letters if I win. Rang them up recently, and was told that this is not so. I could have won and lost all my winnings over the years. This is false marketing as I see it. I am thinking of cancelling my account and direct debit with them.

I cannot get onto your website, it says I'm already a member and the only
Way I can log on is if I phone a number. Why can't you just send an email to my address like normal websites or why can't I send you an email. The reason people want to buy there ticket online is because it's simple and they don't want to wait in a queue and that's wht happens when I try and call you. Very frustrating!!!!

Hate it when there are lots of euromillions winners to be made I buy around 5 tickets and dont even get close :( lesson learnt would love to win but so would everyone, website is brilliant though has a lot of games

Cuts out the queueing

I like that you can buy your tickets online safely and they even do the checking for you in case you forget.

I always do my lottery online, and I love their online scratch cards :) its quick easy and efficient. I love it when you get an e-mail saying "news about your ticket" you rush to log on to see if you have won the jackpot only to find out you have won £3.10 :) I love it though

We all hate queues ... me more so than many. Not having to stand with all the idiots that want a packet of fags and a mars bar to buy my lottery tickets is brilliant!!

Love the online account, easy to manage my tickets and Direct Debits. Also love the cheeky little scratch card every now and again, even better when I win a larger amount!!

money stealing

Ok I deposit £10.00 I spend it all and win £2.80 on the euro millions, however I have to spend the money as I can't remove that much. I can only spend £2.00 so I'm stuck with 80p so hey guess what I go to deposit more money to make it a round figure. Yeah think I will stick to going my local shop. Your just pushing people to spend more!

Ease of playing the lottery online

I find playing online to be much easier in my busy lifestyle, its quick and its easy! Its one star short only because when I put my lottery on, my husband recieves a txt everytime, and I cannot find how to turn this alert off!

Money making

We only play what we need to without the temptation of online scratch games.
Quick to pay out your winnings and to let you know by e-mail when your ticket is due again.
Would be better if the prize structure was differnt to make it more fairer.

The Website is Great, The Odds of Winning Not So Much

The website is great and extremely easy to use and navigate with any winnings paid directly into your account, no having to claim in store.

However, the odds of winning are ridiculous. Especially if you are hoping to win more than a tenner.

I really objec to the way the tell you how many winners there have been without telling what the ration of winning tickets to losing tickets is.

Great UK Lottery Website

A few months ago, I decided to complete my weekly Lottery numbers online, as opposed to going to my local newsagent. I was really impressed with just how easy it was to register with, It only took me about 10 minutes to Sign up, Verify and then set my weekly numbers up.

Not online can I now save 15 minutes a week, I also save fuel, as I can complete the lottery numbers at home.

Great Website and great value for money.
