A few months ago, I decided to complete my weekly Lottery numbers online, as opposed to going to my local newsagent. I was really impressed with just how easy it was to register with, It only took me about 10 minutes to Sign up, Verify and then set my weekly numbers up.
Not online can I now save 15 minutes a week, I also save fuel, as I can complete the lottery numbers at home.
Great Website and great value for money.
Eventually sent in paper based documentation. Weeks later my application was returned to me and my account declined as I had signed the form but forgot to put in the date. You would think someone would have the savvy to enter the date the form was received but nope it was sent all the way back to me with the date highlighted in a colour which hardly allows one to see the date I have now written in. I wait with bated breath as to whether they will now open my account or send the form back to me again saying they can't read the date.?. Bureaucracy at it's best!
Tried to change my username, found I couldn't. Tried to close my account then start a fresh account, found I couldn't. Tried to call them with a British Sign Language Interpreter, they would not accept my call vis a third party but would accept it if via Typetalk (which is also via a third party and besides I do not have a minicom to use for Typetalk!). Advised me to write to them so I did a few days ago and I am still waiting for a reply!

The interface is good and so is the usability. Would be better if you had an app to purchase main draw games from or even a mobile optimised site.
How can anyone leave a positive reference if they haven't won anything in years? Seriously though had a win on the instant online games but connection went down for a few seconds and the in game win was lost. Although I was given the game again the £5 on board win was lost. Not happy.
Been doing the lottery online for years, quick and easy to log into your account.
Saves time having to remember where you put your ticket and to check your numbers.
Love it when they email you to say "Great news about your ticket" - shame its not said I am now a millionaire!
I actually won £70 the other day but taking into account how much I've spent over the years, it's not profit!
The problem is min. deposit is £5 which means that you are tempted to spend the whole lot on on one ticket than to spread it!
Otherwise it's a good way to play for convenience!
Site is good overall, feels secure, easy to use and has more information than you could possibly need from how many top prizes of various scratch cards to how to count sequentially.
Easy to add funds, easy to remove funds, minor wins automatically paid to your account balance, easy to spend funds too which I guess is what they are trying to achieve ;)
My main complaint or bugbear:
When you do win on one of the draw games (lotto/euromillions etc), the ALERT stays on your account for a month, there is no way to mark as read, delete or archive the message so every time you log in you have "1 Message or Alert" displayed in the account info panel.
You think you've won and the years of slavery are over but then you read the message and it's the same FAILVICTORY of £4.40 from 3 weeks ago!!
I would give this site 5 stars, but they have updated in the last few weeks, I buy my tickets from here because it’s safe and you'll will be e-mail should you win. But the update doesn't display the ticket info as it once did and can be hard to find out what week you have played etc., also they have used taken off the use this ticket again feature so you have to manual enter your numbers each time which at times can be frustrating.
I always used to forget to buy my tickets, so I bought a few tickets in advanced on the website and it meant I wasn't missing out on the chance to win every week. I'm not a millionaire yet, but I'll stick at it! Overall very easy to use.
