manager obviously enjoys his job and makes paying not to, unpleasant an expierience funnily enough
excellant level of service i continue to enjoy at this branch either personally or when i have dealt with at business level.I can see no reason to stop me continuing to recommend dave and his team at the falkirk branch to friends and family and anybody that asks,previous manager manny has obviously gave dave the rave a good grounding on level of service required by customers dealing with national and dave as manager allows his skills gained to make dealing with national as a customer the feeling that work has been carried out with a high level of care by well trained staff,
well done dave keep up the good work if you are given the opportunity to read this ah,ll see you Friday morning

they are ok
had a few problems when got new tyres, valves were faulty and seal on wheel rim was poorly done, but phoned and arranged it to be fixed at another depot and all been fine since

All done from the comfort of my armchair!
Was able to order 4 new tyres on line ( really only needed 3 new tyres but 2 for 1 offer made more sense) saves all the hassle of going into branch, discussing with person about what you need, is it in stock? and when will it be ready. At least they will have tyres in stock and should be hassle free and quick as possible. I have 2 slow punctures and 1 tyre wall badly damaged after scraping it along a pavement!! :(

Cheapest tyres - flexible efficient service
I checked numerous online web sites for tyres and National tyres even beat Tyre Shopper for the cheapest premium tyre for my Toyota Rav4.Although the earliest on line appointment was for a Friday I rang up 2 days later on Wednesday morning and asked if I could come along then.I spoke to Luke who once he had my surname said he thought the tyre had come in that very morning - he confirmed that and asked me to come along.I attended National Tyres and asked them to change the worst tyre.I expected that to be on the front nearside but was surprised when the rear offside was being changed but was shown that the middle of the tyre was down to 2mm.The tyre I was concerned about is still legal.On my way within the hour - great service.

A cheap MOT with NT!
Purchase a MOT at a 50% discount.
Car not MOT yet so can not comment on service, but have always found National Tyres to provide a good service, especially the Tyre Shopper on line service.
