Sometimes mistakes are made and things go wrong - that's life! But you can tell more about a person (or company) by how they cope in a difficult situation than you can by how they deal with things when everything is ticking over nicely. In my case, I was initially supplied with the wrong car (three-door when I absolutely needed a five-door). But Nationwide (and Georgia particularly) were unfailingly courteous and apologetic about the error and did everything they could to sort things out. I was also offered compensation without even asking, and when my car was finally delivered, the chap who delivered it was lovely too and arrived at my doorstep with the biggest and most unexpected bunch of apology flowers I've ever seen. Beautiful!!! Faith restored completely - and then some :) Thank you to everybody concerned.

I would be a brave man to say we get it right every time but we do strive to make the overall experience a good one for new and old customers alike. If we do encounter a problem, we will put ourselves in our "customers shoes" and resolve it as quickly as we can.
