From a positive point of view,the goods were packed well and good quality and my emails reporting non delivery were answered immediately. On the negative side,having paid for first class delivery the goods took nine days to arrive and there was nothing on the packaging to indicate that they were to be delivered first class.

Firstly, I would like to apologise for your order not arriving as quickly as we would like. In our experience we do find that first class orders usually arrive within 1-3 working days. However, we do ask our customers to allow up to a maximum of 5 working days until we consider a parcel to be lost within the postal system and therefore send a replacement parcel.
As your order took over the 5 days, I am more than happy to arrange for the £1.00 postage charge to be refunded to you. I will then arrange for a Customer Service Operator to telephone you to obtain the details we require in order to arrange the refund.
