Recommended for quality and efficiency

I often recommend to friends, pointing out the quality and appropriate 'dosage' of NB's supplements.
However, one or two small gripes - customers have to order £100 worth of goods before we get a discount. An awful lot! There used to be a discount on £50 worth. Can this be reinstated?
Also, customers used to get a 'reward' for introducing another customer. What happened to that?
Basically, I'm saying: give a little back to long-standing, loyal customers who spend a fortune with you over the years! Please?

    Unfortunately, the £2.50 discount for orders over £50.00 was withdrawn approximately 3 years ago. The decision to withdraw this offer was not taken lightly, but due to the ever increasing cost of raw materials, instead of increasing prices we wanted to continue to keep our prices as low as possible, therefore we decided to start the bulk discount level at £100.00 rather than £50.00. Along side of this, we offer product discounts and multiple pot offers on our core product range and send money off vouchers throughout the year.

    With regards to the “refer a friend” scheme, I can confirm this is still in place. If you refer a friend to us, when they place their first order we will send you a £5.00 voucher to say thank you. To take advantage of this scheme, you would need to telephone us with your friends address details so we are able to send them a catalogue. If they are not already on our database, we will put a message on their account to say they have been referred by yourself, when they place their first order we will then send you the £5.00 thank you voucher.

    If you have referred friends to us but have not received a voucher, please do contact me with their details at and I will be more than happy to look into this for you.
