had a dell laptop from NDC, had an issue with it since it arrived (USB not working, and now the screen flickering) they refuse to pay for the costs of postage+packaging to get the item back for repair, when clearly the Sales of Goods Act states - the seller must offer to at least repair the goods. They must do this within reasonable time, at NO additional cost to myself and without causing any significant inconvenience. On the phone they have a terrible mannor of speaking to customers, and say they have no power to do anything, and no one else at the company will speak to you. Love the fact they only reply to the good reviews below! and continue to ignore their helpless customers.
