Just the job for deciding quickly on a birthday present.
A Crystal glass for my wife's evening Gin and Tonic. Nice, well balanced glass and a smile for the engraved message on the glass which incorporated 'Keep calm girl and pour another'.
Only one snag. As the glass has to be engraved some days go by before delivery, it would have helped if the delay was made more apparent when placing the order

A little disappointing....
The 'bottle of wine' glass was not as large as I expected it to be.... and the engraving was also a little small, with the number of characters available rather limited. The glass itself had a fault along the lip. My friend loved it, but I was a little disappointed.

Quick and efficient
I used them to buy a series of gifts for some corporate clients, and they arrived so promptly, all personalised just the way I needed. Clinets were pleasantly surprised.

Excellent Service, Not 100% sure on the price though!
Well, the service was excellent. It was close to Christmas when I ordered my gift, may around the 18th/19th December, it arrived in PLENTY of time, in excellent condition and looked great. I'm not 100% sure that the price was that great as, but never the less, I wouldn't hesitate to use you again!

Very useful and I never got out of bed!!
I had a couple of experiences in the recent past which didn't do a lot regarding me confidently shopping using the Internet. However, as is the case every year, my last minute approach to Christmas led to desperate measures, for ideas let alone purchases. I stumbled across the needapresent site and managed to sort a good few stocking filler ideas within about half an hour due to the varied selection they offered.
The end product on a couple of items wasn't great, such as the engraved slate coasters. These looked lightly scratched rather than engraved and its doubtful the message will be visible once wiped a few times. That's about the only negative.
I received a few emails to check on my details with my order which offered some comfort that all was been handled professionally and all did arrive on time, despite the late booking on my part.
Would I use them again? Absolutely yes.

Not Good !!
I ordered an item, including an inscription, on 09 December '12 with an advertised 3-5 day delivery. I've since exchanged numerous emails but despite this the item has still not arrived, missing my chance to give it to my daughter as a Christmas present. I emailed agin today and await a response.
I'm not pleased and doubt that I'll purchase from this supplier in the future.

Good present idea but poor quality
I bought the custom 'Personalised Your Song Poster' which I though was a great idea for a gift to my girlfriend. The picture on the website shows it as good quality and realistic however when I recieved the item I was extremely disappointed and surprised at how low quality and cheap it looked. When I have compared the item to the picture on the website I am quite positive they are not to similar quality standard; the one on the website is far superior.

Good gifts, good service
I ordered my sister's Xmas present from Needapresent, a personalised wine glass. It arrived within the estimated time (about a week), it was very easy to order from their website and I was happy with the product. The only thing I would say is that the glass was a bit dirty, but I know it was shipped directly from the manufactuer so this isn't really Needapresent's fault, I just would have prefered it to arrive sparkling. Overall, very happy and would recommend.

Ordered a couple of campervan mugs as a novelty present for friends for Xmas (who happen to love campervans). They are really cute and as expected. They were delivered speedily and were well wrapped in polystyrene casing. Reasonably priced and quirky. Quick, reliable service
I ordered an engraved glass as a Christmas present about 2 weeks ago. 4 days later I had a card through my door telling me I had a parcel waiting for me. To my surprise it was my glass. Looks much more expensive than it was and the service was excellent.

£30 For a Label
I recently requested a bottle of Brandy with a personalised label.
The delivery was quick and efficient.
The brandy however was 3 barrels brandy which is easily bought in most off licences/supermarkets for around £10.00.
The label looked good but was presented on the bottle not level.
So it has cost £30 for a label. Be warned
