Friendly, fast, fantastic!
I have ordered from needapresent three times. In two cases I spoke directly with their staff for a special request. In both cases they were extremely friendly and helpful, and true to their word! I would certainly recommend them and will in all likelihood use them again.

Excellent customer service
Need a present were amazingly efficient in making sure I received the personalised Song Poster I ordered for a next day delivery. Even though this may have taken up to 3 working days, I rang customer services 5 minutes after I placed the order, who swiftly when out of their way, by arranging a next day delivery, no hassle, excellent service, would definitely use them again!

Never again
The only positive feedback I can give is the efficiency of delivery. I had and still have an issue with the item I ordered which was meant to be an anniversary gift for my parents in law. The item was not at all how it appeared on the website and very disappointing. I tried to contact the website by phone only to repeatedly hear the message "this mailbox is full". I emailed and eventually got an email back. A few days passed of exchanging emails with hours between responses. The matter has still not been resolved but the website has stopped responding to my emails and I have no other way of contacting them. I will never use this website again and am thoroughly disappointed.

easy website, quick service
ordered the 'Laird/Lady' gift box for my mum. Hasn't opened it yet so no feedback on that but the website experience with needapresent was easy, quick and paying with paypal is very convenient.

Needs present has taken all the stress of buying gifts for friends and family in UK. I gave up trying to send things by post from Australia because of the airmail costs. There is a great variety for all ages and delivery times have always been exactly what they said they would be. Suddenly remembering that it is someone's birthday next week is no longer a nightmare. Time differences don't matter, so what if it is the middle of the night in UK. When I have been over in UK on holiday I have seen the gifts I sent and they exactly as represented on the website. fast and accurate
I needed a personalised gift for my friends wedding. I chose the slate coasters. I was not convinced by the websites assurances they would be with me in 3 days. However, they were true to their word. I am not sure I would choose that present again- but the website had a good choice and at reasonable cost. The service were great.

I have to say that I am fully impressed with the service of this company. I needed a present and looked at the usual online websites, but could not see anything that caught my attention. However, there was an abundant of choice on this particular website and I was able to personalise items too. So the Father's day gifts my (two teens) and I bought for my husband were great! And high quality too! My kids also mentioned they were going to recommend this website to their friends.
What more can I say great quality and fast delivery service!

Ordered personalised item specifying a very tight deadline that I needed it by and to advise if this was possible or not. Was telephoned to say that it should be ok but obviously not guaranteed. Decided to proceed with order and was delivered 1 day before deadline. Brilliant service and customer care. Item was also great too.

I've been using this site for maybe 6 years. I live in the USA but my family are all back in the UK. Needapresent provides an excellent opportunity to keep up with birthdays and special events like mother's day, without going to the expense of international mailing. Also, getting a gift to someone in a timely manner is also very important and I have never been let down by them as far as speed is concerned. There is a wide range of gifts to suit every age and taste. I am completely satisfied.

Fast Delivery of Goods
I bought this Warhohl picture as a gift for my daughter which she has received. I cannot comment on the actual gift as it has yet to be processed by Needapresent and returned as a framed picture. However, the ordering and delivery of this gift was easy and very speedy. I think I would use them again.

a bit on the expensive side..
I ordered some retro sweets with a personalised label, I got what was advertised but in hidesight £18 for a tub of sweets with a personalised label was a touch on the expensive side.
Maybe £12.50 inc delivery would be more appropriate.
But I have no complaints about the service.

Very cute personalised present.
Really liked the idea of a personalised bear.....when it arrived I was surprised as to how big it was, and it was a lot more plush than I expected for the price paid. Well worth the money.
