if you're buying something expensive it should arrive in good nick
Three times now I have bought expensive clothes from Net-a-porter and they have arrived so crumpled that I can't even wear them for the event I bought for (non-iron items). First world problems I know, but if there is a charge being applied for delivery the items should arrive in pristine condition. Also one time a pair of boots arrived in a box so scuffed that the box had actually been fixed with sellotape. Not classy. But I will still use them again as the range of choice and efficiency of delivery is good.
