Impossible to contact
Ordered some trunking and cable as prices seemed very good - realised that order was minus the cable. Tried phoning throughout day and left message on answer machine but no response. I wanted to add the cable into the order as otherwise its £6.99 delivery for a second order which just isn't worth it on a sub £2 cable. Alas no response and thus no cable. Disappointing!

I found the service very good the only criticism is that of the postage being very high on small items. I know that the next day delivery would suffer with a lower postage option but would be worth an extra days wait.

I found the site via Google. I was impressed they were in the next town. I promptly ordered from them, and by not paying attention managed to order and pay for the wrong parts. A quick phone call to a very helpful operator, and my order was corrected. Under 24 hours later, the courier handed me a package containing the correct parts. Fantastic!

Delivery was on site before me!
I ordered a number of items, and having experienced deliveries to home ending up at a neighbours, and then waiting until we were both at home at the same time, I decided to opt to send them to site. I arrived at site at 9am, and there they were, ready and waiting!
I was also advised by email that certain items were no longer available, which enabled me to make alternative arrangements in plenty of time.
Will definitely look here first next time, and would recommend them to ayone looking for this type of equipment.
