Was kept informed all through the process. Hitch with delivery (teenaged delivery driver didn't bother to ring and just put card through the door). Company chased this up immediately and got it sorted. It's when things don't go perfectly that you see how good a company really is.
I have had dealings with this company previously and found their technical support to be absolutely first class. Their website and product range are excellent and they are always helpful and willing to answer questions before or after purchases. However, the reason for the very poor score relates to their policy on returns for refunds or exchanges. In spite of the many '14 Day Buy and Try' notices on their webpages, you need to read the words very carefully. I tried to return a camera on the day that I received it as I realised it was not suitable for the purpose for which it was intended. Networkwebcams.co.uk totally refused to exchange or refund the item because I had opened the box and tested the product - even although it was only once and for a matter of less than an hour. The print on their page says, 'Returned items must reach us in stock condition, i.e. unmarked, unopened, unused and undamaged. Any factory seals must be intact. If a returned item reaches us outside the seven day return period or if the item reaches us marked, opened, used, damaged or with broken seals, we may reject it and no refund may be given.' So how can a company dealing with items such as these expect consumers to know if a purchased item is suitable without opening it and trying it? This is the second time that I have written this Trustpilot review as Networkwebcams.co.uk have tried to block an original review I wrote on very fatuous grounds and I am sure they will try to block this one too. I wasn't aware that only positive reviews were what was required. My comments are true and accurate and I do not consider this unreasonable as I have also identified some positive features of the company. However, please be very careful about placing an order with them unless you are totally sure that the item is 'fit for purpose' as you don't get any second chances.
What more do you really want from an online retailer? Low prices, easy to buy, fast delivery, well packaged. The range of products is extensive. I will be using again.
Purchased a camera on the basis that it had certain features as described on the website. But when I received the goods I asked customer support and they said it was incorrectly advertised online.
The bl-c210 is a tidy little camera. Good range of movement and excellent image quality. The active x plug though working in safari on osx does not give you sound.
All in all a good little camera

One catch to watch is that some cams are delivered with UK power plug hard fixed to the adapter. Requires rework in that case. So check before buying, they are quite helpful and easy to reach.

Prices where THE cheapest, what’s more got FREE next day delivery, what’s more, one of the cameras (Axis) has a promotion of free 32GB MicroSD and I thought I will get a cheap brand, and to my surprise I got a well-known brand (Verbatim). Purchased two Lilin HD IPR712 night vision IP cams in November 2012 . Arrived promptly ok. However was unhappy with picture quality of one cam. Raised concerns with Ntwkwbcams-uk on 8 Jan 2013 and sent assorted screenshots comparing 720P HD cam in question with an old 0.3 MPix Trendnet. The Trendnet pics were crisper than the Lilin! They sent my email & pics to Lilin. Was informed on 14 Jan that Lilin (on 11th) judged there to be NO FAULT with my cam. Emailed Ntwkwbcms-uk again on 17 Jan re-expressing disappointment with pic quality. Emailed them again on 4 Feb stating I wanted to return cam. They replied on 7 Feb saying they're waiting on Lilin to respond. Emailed again on 8 Feb expressing frustration at delays all round and dissatisfaction with "customer unfriendly" return policies and overall avoidance of responsibility of Ntwkwbcams-uk. They reply 12 Feb recommending return DIRECTLY to them now instead of manufacturer. Cam posted to them 13 Feb and received 15 Feb. They email on 20 Feb to say their tests show cam IS faulty and offer replacement. Latter arrives 25 Feb and......ITS THE WRONG FOCAL LENS version cam..matter still unresolved. Summary: 7 weeks from initial concerns of 8 Jan until today 25 Feb I'm still without a properly functioning cam.
I will say on a positive note that they were always very polite and helpful on the occasions when I phoned them but I feel I had to drive this issue.

I used Network Webcams 4 years ago, I bought a YCAM outside cam and shell 4 years ago and its still working fine. Decided to buy another 4 years later for extra security and again easy to set up worked straight out of the box RJ45 cable and Wifi 100% perfect.
Very cost effective solution to external or internal security.

In short: I prefer ordering camera's at Network Webcams instead of ordering it in Holland. Better service and they do what they say and it is not more expensive sometimes including the transport costs.even cheaper
For my first project of this type I wanted a mid-range outdoor security camera that I could stream live to a website. Though I work in IT I hadn't done an installation like this before. Over several days I discussed the project with Ian, his advice was invaluable, which is why I bought from NetworkCameras.
I got the item I wanted at the best price online. Network Webcams do not always have the lowest advertised prices. But they will always try to price-match and their expertise, efficiency, prompt delivery times and after-sales technical support are second to none. Made an order which I did not receive on time, twice I was let down by your company regarding receiving my goods on time. On making my order I was told that I would receive my goods the next day after payment was made, after half hour, I receive a call from you saying that you can't deliver the next day which was Friday, but was told could deliver first thing on Monday morning after the week end to which I have only received one item that i cant do anything with out the other. My order for the goods was paid all together, I was told I would get a deliveries all at once on Monday the latest. I am still waiting.
