Excellent fast service, lots of product info & video clips on website
Spent a while browsing through different products on the website checking out specs etc & found the comparison video clips from the different cameras invaluable in assessing their true performance levels.
Phoned to place an order at 4.15pm, order process was quick & efficient, received an email 20 minutes later to say my order had been dispatched & received the packages midday the following day! Excellent service all round.

Professional sales operation
This company has a very informative website. The whole purchasing experience was very easy and the product was delivered next day.
I encountered some difficulties with the product and the technical support was very good. However, when it became apparent that the product was faulty I was left to engage directly with the manufacturer. In the end a refund was arranged and I did repurchase from Networkwebcams. But it has taken nearly two months to sort out.
Having experienced these difficulties I was surprised to see the company offering a 5% discount to returning customers merely for completing an online survey.

making Lite of the matter
Received the camera prompt as it was for my mother safety, then needed a few more enabling her to stay in her own home. We didnt need customer services so couldn't comment on that. The cameras arrived the next day despite being told probably wouldn't arrive until a few days, so was really pleased. They work well. We have 3 with audio and one without. They all give brilliant clarity. We receive emails when the door has been opened as well as the live view.
These cameras are a godsend for me and my brother. We would definately recommend them.

Helped me choose the right camera system
I needed a security system to catch thieves in the act at my shop as shrinkage is a problem. I didn't want to buy online as a had no clue what to get! but I called instead and got a camera and some software for recording. Great advice and the system works really well.

Good Internet and Sales, but...!
I purchased a Panasonic WV-SW175 to replace a fixed bullet camera, on the understanding that this camera did everything my bullet did. I primarily wanted it to send me email alerts on motion detection. Having set the camera up and played with the settings, I found that the camera refused to find my SMTP server, regardless of what I did. I contacted sales support, who initially were very good. After several emails and tests they couldn't get this to work either. I'm now left with £700+ camera that doesn't do what I purchased it for. My contact at NetworkWebCams eventually stopped emailing me, possibly because I was making noises about a refund..! A good site as long as everything works when you get it!

cameras even a dummy like me can use
got two cameras and thought that been an electrican i could install them but not as easy as i thought but after i rang network webcams i got the best service i ever got from a wholesalers they must have spent at least two days both on the phone and computer helping me now it wasnt their fault that the cameras woundnt work it was a tricky setup that i wanted all i can say is i will be back for more thanks lads

Safe & secure boating with a Vivotek FD8134V IP Camera
I've installed the FD8134V on the front of my 60 foot widebeam canal boat where it fulfills a number of requirements. It's hooked up to a 24x7 PC recorder for security purposes - monitoring personnel approaching the boat and other marina users who may inadvertently hit the boat when I'm not there. Additionally it streams HD quality video to my Android tablet over a WiFi connection. This helps when maneuvering the boat as the front of the vessel cannot be properly seen from the steering position. Now tight spaces in locks & marinas can be easily negotiated single handed by monitoring the tablet. Also it's great to take a quick look at the tablet whilst still in bed in the morning to see how the weather's looking and whether it's worth getting up or not! The camera was delivered 2 days after ordering and was easy to install on the external bulkhead using power over ethernet. The camera has been installed 3 months and has performed faultlessly through heavy rainstorms, hot sun and cold weather (+3C to +25C). The infra-red system works well at night and even distant dimly lit boats can be distinguished. I searched the internet for good pricing and Network Webcams offered the best prices I could find. The FD8134V is a great product and the service & pricing from Network Webcams was equally impressive - I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone requiring professionally delivered network camera services.

Great customer service
Brought an IP camera for outdoors that failed due to water ingress after a couple of months. Networkwebcams took the old one back and after confirming the fault, issued a new replacement that has been fine. I couldn't fault their post sales support at all. Would definitely shop there again.
