Excellent company to deal with
I have purchased a few things from Nevada now, and I have found not only their prices to be cheaper than other guitar shops, but their service, free posting and speed of delivery to be outstanding.
Even when I returned an item which I believed to be faulty (it wasn't; it was a battery issue I had stupidly overlooked), they returned it quickly with a couple of packets of complimentary strings.
I would recommend Nevada music to anyone looking for the best choice of equipment at great prices.

Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable
The website correctly showed that the item was on order and when I went ahead and placed my order anyway, they called me to make sure I understood what was going on. Once it was available (almost immediately as it turned out) they arranged for the delivery on a day that perfectly suited me.
I can't fault them.
And the Natal drum kit they sold me is pretty spiffy, too.

Very prompt efficient service
Ordered 3 Boss TU3 pedals Monday night at around midnight. Arrived Wednesday. Emails correspondence was excellent informing you of what was happening and when. My only gripe which prevented me giving 5 stars was at the end of the online order process when a message popped up saying there was a problem with my order and they were aware of it. Followed by duplicate emails stating I had ordered it twice. I just hope I am not charged twice on my credit card.

Excellent service
I purchased a snare skin and drum sticks for my son in law's birthday. Easy to use web site, full description. Great value, quick and easy to pay. Most important I chose the free delivery option and it was still very quick service.
I was sent comprehensive tracking information on each stage of my order. It was well packed so tip top condition to give as a present. Thank you Nevada Music. I will certainly shop with you again and tell the guys in the band what they are missing.

Fantastic
I used the company to purchase an Epiphone Les Paul Standard, the couriers made a slight chip in the finish, however Nevada saved the day by replacing it in good time!!! Great company and I'll definately use them again!!!

Brilliant service !!
I placed an order for an electric guitar over a bank holiday, for free delivery. It was delivered within 2 working days. Excellent packaging (wish larger companies would take note). the correct items at a great price. I will be using this company in the near future for more equipment.
I did try other companies for a price match but they couldn't even get near.

Absolutely Fantastic Service
After purchasing a new guitar of Nevada it arrived swiftly the 3 days later on their free delivery service. It was packaged extremely well and the guitar was in pristine condition when it arrived. To top it off they threw in a free packet of guitar strings which were a pleasant surprise when i opened the box. I couldn't have asked for a better sevice!

Excellent service and delivery
Second time I've used the company, both times, incredibly fast delivery of quality goods at the cheapest prices I could find after extensive searching. Youtube videos of products in use was also incredibly helpful.

First Class Excellent Service
I had a problem trying to get some of the new Fender/Meguiars Mist & Wipe finish Enhancer for my guitars, as I had previously purchased some online from a well known company. The company in question either had no stock or they no longer sell it, I found that the product is exceptional in fact I don’t think there is anything on the market that can match it, having tried the high street with still no luck I found a thread on the internet that lead me to Nevada Music. Nevada are known to me due to them being a main stockist for the Blackstar range of amps and effect pedals, not only did they sell it cheaper than I had originally bought it, but also the postage was free and to top it all I ordered it on the Friday and it was delivered on the Saturday. That's what I call top notch service and I will definitely be using Nevada music in the future.

Although this was the first time using Nevada Music,I would not hesitate to use their services again and recommend them to other people. Nevada Music are efficient, professional, courteous, more than competive on price and postage and were excellent communicators at all stages.

I'm so glad I found them
I found Nevada Music by chance. I needed to find a decent electric guitar at a decent price for my son and I needed it quickly. However I didn't opt for next day delivery, as long as I got it by the end of the week that would work for me. I actually received it two days after ordering and I was really pleased with the tracking service they offered as well. The guitar was packed very securely indeed, I was very impressed.
Everything went smoothly and my email was very politely dealt with and responded too. I will be using them again in the future as I have an account with them now.

Great Google find!
I found the company while looking for a particular bass guitar that no other online shops seemed to have in stock. I was a bit hesitant to order from a company I hadn't heard of, but I really wanted that guitar! The guitar arrived the next working day (Friday into Monday) by courier, with a text to tell me when to expect him. I mean like, between 12.30 and 13.30, none of this "between 9 and 5" crap. The guitar was boxed very securely, with an outer box and a hell of a lot of bubble wrap before getting to the actual guitar box.
I will definitely be shopping with these guys again!

RGT Acoustic Guitar Grade 4
Item arrived promptly within two days of ordering. I would have given you five out of five but I was somewhat confused by the advert which said RGT initial grade when I clicked on the link. So I e-mailed your customer services to check that you had the grade 4 book in stock. The communication was clear and concise and I am happy with my purchase. So for future reference could you make sure the picture of the book advertised corresponds exactly to the wording of your advert.

Product: Boss CEB-3 Bass Chorus pedal
Ordered online at lunchtime, arrived next day at 11am - and that's just using the free 'Standard' delivery! Excellent.
Product was well wrapped and in perfect condition. However it didn't come with a power suppy, and I think that maybe Nevada Music should just mention that on their website - but it's not a major hassle.
I've used Nevada many times before, and they're always great to do business with - and if there are any problems or questions, they can't do enough to help.
I get the impression that the company is run by music fans, who want to build their business' reputation through good service and enthusiasm for their products.

In stock, safely packaged and delivered on time
First time I've used Nevada.
Bought an Alesis iO2. It was in stock where it had been out of stock elsewhere. It was delivered extremely securely in a larger plain box full of soft packaging material with a sticker on the outside ensuring the addressee's signature was obtained before handing over box.
While I usually choose like for like items based on free next day delivery, the 3 to 5 day free delivery offered here delivered in 4 days.
I will be using Nevada again in the future.

the best for many years
i have bought all my guitars and amps from nevada music since about 2002 - an ibanez bass, an ashdown stack, another ibanez bass.....2 guitars and most recently a musicman bongo. i have only ever once had a problem with my purchases (faulty amp speaker) and it was dealt with promptly, courteously and professionally. seriously i cant recommend these guys more. my last two purchases (the two guitars and the musicman) i bought whilst living abroad - the orders were shipped to me securely by courier and arrived within 2 days. above all else, i think Nevada Music has THE best customer service of any shop i can think of. thank you guys and make sure you get the curry and them beers :-))

For once an internet transaction that went perfectly OK
Ordered js-8 from the net, paid for next day delivery, got the goods at 9.30am next morning. Got emails throughout the process keeping me informed of what was happening.
js-8 was un-damaged and worked perfectly well. I will be doing business with Nevada Music any time I require musical equipment, could not fault the process and would recomend anyone to use Nevada Music for a quick and pain free deal.
