Ordered a safety resistance band. I thought I'd buy one first, try it out, then order a couple more because the company has a good selection of fitness-related items at a very good price.
We're at the net two-week mark now (UK-Sweden). Normally it takes one week as the absolute maximum. One day within the country, meaning that it has never reached Sweden if it hasn't in two weeks (which I told them).
I asked about tracking number, received nothing, turns out shipment is uninsured/untraceable (????). Basically the website offered me two shipping options: Royal Mail (that turns out to be uninsured) and TNT for £48 (item value is £10)! No intermediate solution, like International Signed For. And then they say in the response to my enquiry, "Unfortunately as the service you have selected is not guarenteed". Nice!
Sure, shipments can sometimes disappear, but then I expect them to sort it out, send a replacement or something.
Had to order item elsewhere at 2.5x the price.
In all fairness I have to add (and should have, when they sorted it out months ago) that they refunded me after some further e-mails.
