New Look used to be my favourite place to shop. I liked the selection of clothing they had and found ordering from them quick and easy. The whole experience was simple. However, this has changed in the last year or so. Only recently I placed an order and it took no less than 5 days to be despatched after me emailing them around 5 times and never receiving a reply to any of them. Spoke to a woman on the phone who was completely useless (she tried looking up the tracking info which was obviously pointless as it hadn't been sent yet). It's now been 9 days and it hasn't been delivered. NONE of my emails get replies, their phone customer support is useless, very slow delivery (slowest I have ever encountered), plus the clothes themselves are not as good quality as they were. Use Paypal if you order from them online as it's far easier to get a refund - something I have had to do more than once now as i've had no response from them...

I ordered some chinos and a pair of shoes from NewLook.com one evening and was incredibly surprised to find that they would be delivery just two days later, on a saturday, for next extra cost (as many companies seem to charge extra for saturday delivery these days).
The clothes (and shoes) arrived in perfect condition, and I was pleased to find that the shoes were a perfect fit (as I find shoe shopping hard when I'm actually in the store, I was expecting to have to return them for a smaller size!). The chino's however were too small for my sister's athletic shape, and so I contact customer services to work out how best to return them. CustomerServices were delightful, very helpful, and just two days later I'd returned them and been fully refunded.
I'd definitely recommend the site!
Bon, j'y suis allée à reculons, un site français qui débutait, mais une multitude de choix pour mon plus grand plaisir.
Donc quelle surprise ! (je connaissais ma taille dans cette boutique, j'ai choisi certains produits, passé ma commande, et hop, réception d'articles hyper adaptés à ma taille).
S'il y avait eu un pépin, hop en boutique en ville pour échanger, que demander de plus ;)
New look clothes/prices are great, however after ordering online with them I will never shop there again. They charged me for a product that was out of stock and tried to fob me off with a gift card rather than put it back on Paypal. I phoned them in a perfectly reasonable manor and the customner service guy was cold from the start. Completely unreasonable. My husband who works in retail took over half an hour to get his supervisor on the phone-who was equally as brash. She wanted to talk to me but spoke over me the whole time and fed me lies about government laws! Disputed with Paypal, New look didn't reply, I ended up with the whole amount back when I only asked for a few pounds! You'd think especially with the economy as it is they'd try harder to keep as many customers as possible.
It took a month to get a refund from this company. Do not trust them they told me on three separate occasions the refund had been processed. It wasn't until my bank asked for the transaction id that they finally admitted it had not been processed and issued the refund. A complete waste of my time. Would not order on line from this Company. They need to train their Customer Service Team, as this is meant to mean Customer Service, Not fob me off with lies team..

I buy clothes from them online a few times a year- they have free returns and they always have prompt delivery. I once rang customer service because I had accidentally put the wrong delivery address in and they were very helpful and i didt have to wait for ages to speak to somebody either. I cant fault them atall!
I had a lot of problems with the delivery as I was not allowed to contact the delivery company and they would not follow my instructions on how to deliver so I spent 4 days fruitlessly waiting for a delivery.
Customer services take about 15 minutes to answer the phone and as of yet, it has been a week since I wrote an email and have yet to have a response.
I have no idea whether my refund has been processed and am getting fed up with waiting on the phone and waiting for an email reply. AWFUL experience :((((
Have used Newlook online for years, never had a problem with them, the service has always been really good. Products are always great quality & at a really good price!! Newlook always have money off discounts which is great too & you don't find many other clothing shops which do this!! Delievery has always been quite quick, receieving a few days after ordering. Can make returns by instore which is uselful!! Always been so happy with the service from newlook & will continue to shop with them :)
i have ordered from new look multiple times and they never disapoint. The products are always good quality for your money and the delivery is nearly always on time. Although the prices have gone up alot lately it is worth the money and i would recomend to anyone.

Well.... I have been contacting customer support, but only because I was not really sure about the shoe sizes in EU-sizes. They were quick to reply and told me that my order was already shipped and would arrive in a few days. And so it did.
I am so happy with the shoes I have bought. Though they are not the best of quality, I like the design and the price :)
I would definitely shop at Newlook.com again.

Love New Look for style and price and constantly changing stock ranges. Would be good to see a larger childrens section as theres not many places do trendy kids clothes that don`t cost an arm and a leg! Only criticism is the staff at the tills always ask if you have found what you`re looking for that day. It feels patronising and I`m sure most shoppers are capable of asking.

Der gik 5 dage fra at jeg havde bestilt mit tøj til jeg modtog det... samme dag som jeg bestilte det fik jeg en mail om at det nu var sendt afsted... kan virkelig anbefales!
I have been purchasing online for approx 9 months and must congratulate New Look for a brilliant delivery service and a no fuss return policy. Always a good selection of styles \ colours to choose from.
I would like to see more in the petite range, being only 5'1" - trousers always drag on the floor.
Being 6'1" I find the tall range fab! I've made at least 5 orders this year, always push the hundred pound mark..
However I do choose to shop online more, due to your staff in my local stores (Horsham). As for one reason, there is no tall section and secondly they are always super rude and off in their own little world, and don't seem to know the meaning of customer service, or even acknowledgement for that matter,. Crawley store however, much larger, much more staff, that if you find a rude one, theres plenty of others who are willing to help. Newlook could benefit from some staff that actually want to be at work, or are very good liars. Had a couple of orders where somethings not turned up, but the customer service guys on the phone are normally fab about it! Overall, great value clothes, student discount is a win, few downs, mainly ups! anddd at the end of the day.. I will never stop shopping with you guys! Though make more of your clothes into "tall" versions please!
Jeg bestilte for første gang på new look søndag aften, mandag morgen var min pakke sendt afsted og fredag morgen modtog jeg den med posten herhjemme. Dejlig hurtig levering som kom før forventet!
Priserne er utrolig billige og udvalget er godt på hjemmesiden. Jeg har intet ondt, at sige om newlook og anbefaler det varmt.
i dont understand why the rating is soo low! i have been shopping with newlook since i found it online. amazing customer service. i can try stuff on and if i dont like it simply pop in store or post it back.!. i love the clothes too, good standard for the price you pay and if there is something wrong they dont mind you taking it back either!
