Despite sending repeated emails I have never received the goods as ordered. I have asked for a refund but of course that hasn't been forthcoming. Obviously fraudsters, steer well clear. Any positive feedback must be from the site themselves!
Do NOT make any purchases from this website. Any "positive" feedback is undoubtably posted by the site itself. It is merely a method of obtaining money from prospective "buyers". After ordering from this site, they will string you along with stories of "missing shipments" or similar excuses - until Paypal's 45 day resolution period has expired - then you will not be able to contact them in any way. Telephone numbers and addresses are fictional. WARNING!
I ordered 30 pieces of an mask in the shop. after paying and waiting about 14 days i recieved 27 pieces instead of 30! i tried to contact the company via phone, but failed as no one is responding, never. I tried to call them at least on ten different days, but never succeeded. nevertheless i received a few days later an respond to my emails:
"Hi, I am really sorry about that. There must have been an error in packing your order. I will arrange for 3 masks to be posted out to you. Please let us know this arrives safely. Regards Martin " This is now one month ago, and of course i didnt recieved any masks or any further mails or refund. They keep ignoring my mails!
Ordered an item which was very late and the wrong colour. Sent back and was made aware that my order had been marked as refunded and I would receive full refund including postage to return the item. Still waiting for refund and surprise surprise no one is responding to my emails or answering the phone. Criminals!
Paid for an item on 1st May. NSM said it was dispatched soon after. Never arrived. NSM responded to my initial email complaint by trying to blame the postman not leaving a note. Then they fairly offered the choice of another sent out or refund. I opted for the refund...
However, despite it being promised and my status updated to 'REFUNDED' in an email dated 20th May, I have not yet received any money back. NSM have ignored all my communication since.
I placed an order on the 2 July for a costume that my son wants for his school production. I received an email the next day to say the order had been despatched, all good so far. Then absolutely nothing! I have rang (always an answer machine) and left messages, I've sent emails with no response whatsoever. I have raised a dispute through paypal but don't hope for any resolution. I don't expect to receive anything now - a company you would buy from? Make your own mind up but from my experience don;t expect to receive anything you order. Try explaining to my son that his costume hasn't arrived - it's disgraceful ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ UPDATE 15 July 2013 I had a reply to an email I sent (surprise!) apologising amd offering a replacement or refund. As my son had his heart sent on the costume we ordered (no one else had the same size in stock) for his school play we opted for a replacement if sent next day delivery (to arrive before his second performance fo the school play).
As others have said on here, my replacement hasn't turned up, and I'm now experiencing - no replies to emails - unanswered calls - I would give no stars if I could.
DO NOT - I repeat - DO NOT give these cowboys your hard earned cash. I have made a complaint to BBC watchdog, as these definitely qualify as rogue traders. WORST SUPPOSED CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED x2
