i love next

excellent quality clothing and homeware products
prices fairly reasonable - a little higher than in some places but the quality makes it worthwhile
spot on with their fashion both in adults and children's clothing and home furnishings

Great customer service

Next are very reliable for deliveries. They stock a wide selection of high quality goods and have no problem with returns and generally their employees are very friendly and helpful.

Still good but not exceptional!

I like Next and still use them now and then as their jeans fit my body-shape very well. Going back 8-10 years this comany were better as they didn't aim to appeal with price and design to the general population. I have previously bought some great pieces that were quite expensive at the time but really good quality and style.
I miss the old Next as it was a little bit special.
Nowadays I tend to buy more from The White Stuff as they are a little bit different to the mainstream.

Brilliant

Delivery is amazing on time and well packaged. There website is well structured and smart. There shops and tidy and clothes and shoes are good prices for good quality clothing also there is a shop next to nothing and they sell old next produce for cheap really good. Highly reccomend

Have started using an awful courier company.

Next are now using Hermes which is probably the worst courier company out there. They decide when to make deliveries so Next's next day delivery if you order before 9pm does not exist anymore.

Secondly these couriers don't even pay attention to which address they deliver to. I have apparantly had a parcel delivered to me today which I have signed for. However despite being home all day I have not received my package so I have no idea where it has been delivered, but Hermes records say it has been delivered to me. I don't know whats going to happen now.

Always happy with products

I just find that Next products are always good, I bought some cushions and a lamp recently that we're really chuffed with, and its fast delivery. Can't complain!

Losing its appeal fast

Always a popular choice, Next seems on the decline.

Quality of clothing has reduced. Sales used to be the best of the bunch but are now mostly reduced to last year's "tat".

Delivery service is good. Ordering can be a hassle with passwords not being recognised and then agents telling you that you've changed them! Was unable to get into the system for weeks and could then only order by phone. They were never able to resolve it nor reset my passwords.

Disappointing now.

Speed, later ordering, easy returns, highly recommended!

Next has always produced high quality clothes, great designs and great sales! But their online system is very good as well! You can order upto 9pm and still get delivery the next working day! If something doesnt fit, no problem just walk into any of their stores! Quick, simple and very easy!

Brilliant range, good prices

I love shopping at Next. They have a great range of attractive clothing and the prices are good for the quality you get.
Only one small complaint. There is no where to sit while I wait for my husband to try on clothes. I need to sit down frequently due to disability but no seating is provided.

More of a woman's shop than for men

Good woman's shop to take my wife to, she loves the experience there. I have yet to find anything nice in there for men. Are all the board members too female orientated?

Reliable and great fashion range

I order a lot of my clothes from next and have also ordered home eletricals. Reasonable prices, reliable delivery service. Their clothes come in a variety of sizes- they offer petite, regular and tall in some of their ranges. The website is easy to navigate too. Great service and they allow you to return back into the store.

Misleading Advertising

I have tried to order several things from Next on the "Order before 9.00 p.m. - Receive Next Day" service as advertised on TV. However, the items that I have wanted have never been available on this service. Is the advertising misleading?

Quality ,service and prices are what comes to mind with Next which is why they are still going strong, have bought many clothes./shoes and accessories there and never a problem.

Great service and delivery

This is the only place i can shop as a petite woman. They have a good selection for us little people.

Super speedy delivery

Next offers a next delivery for orders placed until 9pm - great for last minute ideas. I ordered some stickers for my daughter's bedroom and was able to finish it off before she returns from holiday, brilliant!

I Love Next

When I want quality clothes that look modern and don't necessarily require me to sell an organ, Next is where I go to. I've never had clothing from them that tore at the seam, hem or has loose threads etc. Plus, the material is usually very good.

Spend the few extra £s and buy from Next and avoid those cheap stores because it will cost more in the long run: more time, more mending & more replacements!

Couriers are rude

Courier delivers very late, dead flowers to a place which is only open Monday to Friday but keeps trying on a Saturday. Idioitc couriers with no manners and dead flowers. No pride in their company.

Nothing but hastle

To start with I ordered a pair of jeans which took next three attempts to get right, I then bought some furniture which took forever to receive but I was told on more than one occasion that they were in there way but then later told there was a problem and then again they were in there way but then there was a problem. And on top of this they have asian call centres which have no clue what you are talking about.

Gone downhill

An old favourite of mine that I rarely use now. Staff in my Fareham store sullen and full of attitude - I use Portsmouth and Havant. Online, only the smallest and largest sizes in stock. Delivery to store works well for me, my local courier is a lovely lady, but it's easier to pick up from store BUT two attempts at collecting a travelbag ended up with - nothing arriving at all despite e-mails repeatedly asking me to collect from Havant - then a reorder where I ended up with three pink rattan baskets?? Evening wear for the last two ranges has been suitable for dark skins only, and no suits available for my husband as he is training for Law not working in a mobile phone shop. All in all, will probably close my account soon, haven't found a 'treat' to order for months.

I have been a customer of Next for over 4 years and I have never had an issue with them. I have used all their order systems and can't fault any of them. I have frequently returned goods months after purchasing and never had any problems. Their clothes are always of an acceptable or good quality and very rarely have faults. Delivery is always prompt and 'store' delivery is really handy too. Great to avoid unnecessary delivery costs and missing the post man!

Great delivery service but some items cheaply made.

I have ordered a whole range of clothes from Next and they deliver the next day which is great!
However some of the cheaper items are made from very inferior materials and look like they have been run up in a sweatshop in India. You get what you pay for I suppose?

Excellent Service - Next Home

I bought a couple of things from Next home, like TV unit, drawers, and sofas. I got up to information on my delivery, delivered my good on time, they unpack my sofas, place it in my desire location and took away the wrappings.

I had a missing screws for my TV unit. Called the customer service and they send my a replacement straight away.

All in all, I recommend shopping at Next Home.
