Who doesn't like Next?

Okay, they're never gonna set the world alight but their gear is stylish and well priced, a combination that shouldn't be sniffed at nowadays.

FTSE Top 100 company as well I believe!

They do go in for a lot of brown and blacks but I suppose that's not really a criticism if you like those colours. Which I do so, cool! If you want bright stuff then bugger off to Uniqlo or Desigual or something and pay under/over the odds respectively.

Who's in charge though, you never see 'em on't telly like you do with some of the other CE's out there.

Items are always delivered promptly, occasionally sooner than expected! Good returns policy. Good choice. Only negative so far - clothes size tends to be one smaller than in other stores. Easily remedied by buying one size bigger than usual!

Am very pleased with the staff, always there to help. Staff are always helpful, am very pleased with my purchases, great quality on the women's clothing, as well as children's clothes, not to bad on prices, I am also very happy with the catalogue. I also love the fact you can order on-line & go to your nearest shop to pick up the item/s.

Wir kaufen gerne im Next online Shop individuelle Kinderkleidung. Zwar sind sie nicht so ganz günstig, dafür aber unverwechselbar schön und eine wahre Abwechslung zu Hello Kitty & Doro.
DIe Kollektionen wechseln sehr oft, die Auswahl ist reichlich, die Qualität gut, wenn auch manchmal etwa dünn der Stoff bei einigen Shirts, aber was mir nicht gefällt schicke auf Next Kosten wieder zurück.
Bezahlung & Rückerstattung war noch nie ein Problem, die Lieferzeiten sind nicht lang. Unsere Favoriten zur Zeit: Upsy Daisy und Peppa Pig!!!
Der Wiederverkaufswert der Kleidung ist auch recht hoch, so das ich manchmal bei Eb.. mehr für meine gebrauchte Kleidung bekomme als ich neu bei Next bezahlt habe! Glückliches Kind & glückliche Mama!!! Absolut empfehlenswert!

Order before 9pm, get it delivered the next day. Sizes are always true to size and the clothes are good quality.

Terrible website & a credit search!

I found the buying process with next very difficult. Once I had selected my items Next made me open an account to place an order, whereas most websites do not. Then I realised that they did a credit search to open an account. I know how credit searches lower your credit score & I am about to get a mortgage so do not want one. I find it unacceptable that a website forces you to open a (potentially damaging) credit account just to buy one thing-we are in a recession! I ended up not buying the lamp online & going instore. I sent an email to Next complaints but they never replied- shoddy customer service. I will not shop with them again.

Great Service - at a price

The service offered by Next Online is phenomenal - I've placed an order at 8pm one night and received it the next day, on more than one occasion! (I don't know if this level of service is available everywhere). Returns are handled without fuss, and I'm really impressed by the whole set-up. The only downside is, I often feel Next items are a tad overpriced - though admittedly the quality does tend to be above the rest of the high-street options. I also feel it is isn't always the easiest website to navigate if you want to quickly look for an item - but this is a minor point when you consider ordering something online can be almost as quick as driving out to your nearest store to pick up an outfit for the following evening!

Purchasing from them will automatically add you to the list of their brick-like paper catalogues, and by the time you realise what is going on, you get chargeded to the privilege. Don't recommend.

childrens clothing

The most nicest childrens clothing ever. i know it can be exspensive compared to places like primark but the quality is alot better and last longer and the size that it says is the size that it is. i do love next and its a great place to shop for my kiddies only thing i will say is i think they should start making clothing for the fuller women

Quality Dropping

The quality of next clothing is definately dropping? The last few things I've bought have been that thin they were almost see through - not good if I wanted market quality I would go and pay market prices.

Better on line than the local store

Use the on line site all the time. I must say that the local shop in town for me is a joke. Selection is very poor for me but if I do spot something in store but not my size the staff are excellent at helping with product codes so I can go online and get it.

I can also have items delivered to the store but for me it’s easier to have them sent to my home if I have to take this option.

Quality is very good and long lasting which is a bonus. The web site is easy to look around and I have bought loads from them over the years and will continue to use them while the service and next day delivery is at its current levels.

Sales, well these are not so good. Being so popular to get anything in the sales in your size or that you like then you are one of the luck ones. I do find my local store seems to bring out the rubbish for the sales so when the local store has a sale on I tend to stay away.

Overall the purchase experience is very good and the quality makes me return regularly.
