Ordered last year for Mother's Day. Received a phone call from them 11am on Mother's Day to say my mum would not be receiving her flowers that day as they had been delivered to the wrong warehouse. I was offered "a free re order for the Tuesday' which I accepted as I live 150 miles away & have no siblings so this would be her only Mother's Day gift. Near death flowers were delivered & the full amount was taken from my bank account. When I phoned to complain,I was told the delivery was free but I still had to pay for the flowers. No compensation was due ( i called twice to double check) so I cancelled my next account & have not shopped there since. Their loss.
I have ordered flowers twice from Next Flowers and will not be ordering from them again. The first time was a bouquet of what looked like beautiful pink flowers on their website. When the recipient received them, they were in poor condition and took 3 days to perk up. The 2nd time was for my mothers birthday, AGAIN when the flowers arrived they looked half dead and took a good 3 days to perk up completely. Not good for what was supposed to be a lovely surprise for someone on both occasions. I will not be ordering from them again.
