Smooth, Easy and excellent customer service
I have used Nigel O'Hara previously - main plus point for me is the price, if you see it cheaper they will beat it. The online system is quality and the images of the products are superb so you really can see what you are buying.

Beautiful watch - Unbeatable value - Speedy delivery
I fell in love with Skagen watches as soon as I saw one - stylish, slim, elegant and beautifully crafted. Now I have found Nigel O'Hara I have become a bit of an addict. The prices are unbelievable and simply unbeatable. I am now the proud owner of 4 Skagen watches and I have also purchased 2 for my partner. One little tip for those of you looking to purcgase a Skagen, the model number of the watch contains the size of the dial (S,L,XL & XXL) - it seems obvious but it took a while for the penny to drop, once it did ordering on-line is so much easier - just choose a model with dial that suits your wrist.

Initial problems quickly resolved, would definitely shop here again.
The first watch I ordered was out of stock for 6 weeks. I finally cancelled the order and Nigel O'Hara gave a refund plus a voucher which I used against another watch. Once this was ordered, it arrived in 48 hours and was over £40.00 cheaper than the duty free shop at London airport. Can't complain at that !!!!

Ordered casio edifice watch on Friday before bank holiday weekend. Arrived Tuesday. Royal mail delivery good, much better than couriers used by amazon who leave items on doorstep! .
Quidco cadhback too!
So with casback cheaper than amazon but with

I have the watch I was looking for at a snip of a price
I first saw my Seiko on Amazon and then in local jewellers. I then looked on the Nigel O'hara web site and found it at a substantially lower price. I purchased and it was with me by secure delivery in 5 days.
It is light and compact and I am very pleased with it. I shortened the bracelet with a tool like those used for changing the length of bicycle chains. It pushes out the pins between links with relative ease. Borrowed the tool off a friend but should be available on the net. First rate service.
I was pleasantly surprised at how straightforward the ordering system was. Many websites come unstuck at the checkout stage when you try to apply a voucher and only then do you find out there are hidden restrictions. Very pleased with the Rotary watch which I have just purchased from Nigel O'Hara 's Jewellers , I chose this watch as I knew I could trust such a well know make as Rotary when I decided to buy a new watch , I certainly wasn't disappointed when it arrived . I had never heard of Nigel O'Hara Jewellers online before so was a bit apprehensive at ordering from an unknown source but I had nothing to worry about as the service I received from them was excellent , especially considering the price I paid , which after checking other company's prices for the same watch was very pleasing indeed .
I would almost certainly recommend this company to anyone .

Nice watch really pleased with it.
I got a great price on this watch from Nigel O' Hara. This watch was about £60 more expensive on Amazon and other websites. I also got a free pair if earrings which my daughter likes. First class service and customer support when ringing up to enquire about the watch. I would definitely use this jeweller again without a doubt. I also recieved a 10% voucher off my next purchase which was a nice touch.

Beautiful watch at an absolute bargain price and excellent service, thank you.
I saw this watch in a jewellers and thought it was beautiful, but unfortunately it was out of our price range. I really wanted this particular model as a 60th birthday present from my husband. So when I saw it on Nigel O Hara's site at a great price I was thrilled and we sent for it straight away. It arrived very quickly, with a free pair of silver earrings; a lovely bonus.

Not a company to purchase from again!
When I originally ordered the watch it was supposed to be in stock. 4 days later they said it would be another 4 days for delivery- so I cancelled the order. They then kept my £250 for a month until I raised an issue through PayPal. I got a refund and a discount voucher for £50 as compensation -so I purchased the watch again. This time it was delivered quickly, but was either faulty or not of merchantable quality. So I contacted them re. returning it and purchasing another brands watch. They ignored this , gave me a returns number, and it cost me £9 to return it. I hope I don't have to wait another month for a refund so I can purchase elsewhere!!

No watch and no updates after a month...
Having found the perfect watch for my wife's birthday I was very pleased to find one available via Nigel O'Hara. Four days out of her birthday I ordered the watch and one month later I am still waiting. Worse still, it is me that has to keep on chasing Nigel O'Hara for updates on where it is. Apparently the watch that I bought had something wrong with the movement. Then, it was up to the watch manufacturer, Accurist to send me my product. I was told time and time again that I would receive it within days, with guarantees that it would arrive this time last week. But, here we are again, with me sending an e-mail to Nigel O'Hara rather than them apologising for being unable to send out a product that is still for sale on their website. It's looking like a very dodgy transaction up to now. Let's hope that Nigel O'Hara can come up with the watch I paid for soon and save complaints making their way beyond their disinterested customer services team. I would advise anyone to avoid Nigel O'Hara if you are looking for reliability.

Invoice and parcel sent incomplete, only after phone call did I receive the remaining items.
No comment on invoice that all goods were not in parcel, I wonder if unsent items would have been noticed and not sent without a phone call. Also I ordered 3 items and was only able to enter one discount code on first item.

Great company with a good customer service. Got a good price match for a citizen watch but the warranty card was missing when it was delivered. I called them and it was sent on with their apologies.

Brilliant - fast efficient service
I bought a Rotary two tone bracelet watch from Nigel O'Hara and I am delighted with it. It is extremely elegant and can be worn with either gold or silver jewellery. It looks expensive and yet the internet price from Nigel O'Hara was very competitive and included a free gift, free sizing and free delivery.

A new sparkling experience
Looked on line several times to check out the watch I wanted.GOOD views of my ideas.
Got details and thought I 'd found the right watch.
Lots of discounts to play with and a bit confusing to get the website to work out which one was working for the deal I wantd.
The Free gifts were an extra ' bonus '
Good checking phone call from the firm re my postcode as NO space seen on the intial details web address sheet .
Collected fast delivery from post office as out when delivery arrived. Security good.
Alas had ordered wrong sized watch , BUt it looks OK and I like it so am keeping it.
Free Sterling silver earings don't look like the illustration, will pass on to a girl friend, they are VERY small !
Bonus voucher , well we'll see what else I may want to buy ?

Fast delivery, quality product. Visited the Trafford Centre only a few days after and saw the same watch (different colour as there is two versions) for £160.00 meaning I saved over £80.00! Bought my last watch which unfortunately broke from this site as well and will definitely visiting this site for my next one as I'm accident prone!!

unacceptable lack of communication
I ordered a watch for my wife's birthday. Left it a bit late but still within their advertised delivery. Recieved a message the day after it was due saying it would be another 10 days (ok these things happen). Never heard anymore. Queried it. Was told it would be dispatched asap. Never heard anymore so asked for a refund which still hasn't arrived 11 days later. Absolutely no communication. If it wasn't for all the feedback I'd swear they were just a made up site. This has now been going on for a month and a half.

It's not very often I would feel compelled to write a review of a company online, but after the excellent experience I feel I must.
I purchased a Hugo Boss watch on the 25th March after spending a number of hours looking at other sites I found Nigel Ohara's and noticed that they were offering me a free gift with purchase.
I was delighted when the item arrived the following day, with the delightful pair of sterling silver earrings which I have given to my daughter who loves them.
Excellent experience from start to finish and would use again in the future.

gutted that watch didn't arrive when stated (which was partner's birthday)
Watch was a good price and I ordered from you because you said on your website the date and time it would arrive, but it didn't and because of bank holidays my partner had to wait 3 days after his birthday to get his present. I paid £7-odd for this 'next day delivery' too!
