Great seller no problems

Dissapointed and still out of pocket.
I ordered a watch at the start March and paid for express delivery so it should have been there within 2 days. When the watch didn't arrive and the status of the order didn't change from processing I gave them another day and contacted them. I was told the watch was being transferred f0rom the warehouse but would be with me within the standard 3-5 days.
After 9 days they emailed me saying that the watch would be three weeks before they could send it.
I cancelled the order but they had already charged my card -- and told me that as per their terms and conditions it may take 28 days for the refund to be processed.
The terms and conditions on their website do not mention this mythical 28 days but despite that they still haven't refunded me or replied to my emails.

Best deal by far, fast delivery service and product exactly as described.
I would have hesitation in recommending Nigel O'Hara Diamond Jewellers to anyone. Found them to be the most reasonable, after searching google. Service was fast and efficient.

very good had my watch within 1week overseas
I was very happy that my beautiful watch arrived so quickly. I live in the netherlands.
I ordered mywatch on saturday and it arrived on the next thursday.
It is a seiko sportura with ceramic and steal bracelet. So nice for summer days.

Just like buying from a shop!
Forget the faceless internet buying experience - this web site is just like a shop. Pleny of pictures that you can move to get a good look at what you're buying and well written and designed pages that give you the feeling that you are interacting with a person rather than a machine. the ony difference was the postman hands it over to you and not a sales assitant.
The product? Of course that was fine, I'd been able to take a good look and knew it was what I wanted before I got to the order page. It was then just a couple of days before it arrived.

Fabulous, so glad I found you!!
I was looking for a classy but functional watch, gotta be Seiko I thought. My 1st plan was to go to Amazon. I saw so many watches but one seller caught my eye so I went direct to the Nigel O'Hara website. I am so glad I bought my watch from there, perfect service from start to finish, I have recommended them to everyone I've spoken to since. I will definitely be buying from there again. Excellent Value for Money!
Item was exactly as descrbed and arrived prompty. I was very fortunate to get an additional 10% off as they had a promotion running. The end result was a watch at less than half the high street price and with a £50 voucher!

Hope things don't go wrong
Oh dear, no stars is not an option, but I suppose thsy got there in the end!!! I ordered a Rotary watch for a birthday present, on arrival it kept auful time so I returned it immediatly explaining I had already replaced it with something else as it was my son's
birthday the next day. They offered to send this brand new watch back to the makers and asked me to wait 4-6 weeks for a repair/replacement (does no-one read your letter?) Several emails and weeks later, I received a refund but not for the postage as promised, they blamed Realex and eventually refunded the postage. Two months of payments on my credit card later and everything resolved, magic. Like most internet sales, they are fine if everything goes right the first time, otherwise be warned!!!! Oh and the gift of free cuff links never arrived.

Excellent service!
Purchased a watch having searched on the internet - this was the best price by far plus there was a further discount offered via their website that weekend, plus the offer to price match if we found it cheaper!! An added bonus was that the delivery was free and the item arrived within four working days to mainland UK from Ireland. Communication by e-mail was great and we were infomed of the shipping progress - the item actually arrived before Royal Mail managed to update their website to say it was on the way!! We would certainly use Nigel O'Hara again.

An Excellenet Online Jeweller
This is my secoond purchase from Nigel O''Hara this a Citizen Men's Skyhawk Watch - JY0100-08E.
Nigel O'Hara say they will match any price from a genuine supplier, after looking at several other online Jewellers I found the same watch at a much lower price so I made an offer, Nigel O'Hara accepted the offer together with a choice of a free gift and free delivery which only took a few days.
I would recommend Nigel O'Hara Jewellers as a trusted online supplier for its service and selection of watches which appear to far better than in shops and other online prices.

Great choice, prices & service
Very happy with my new G-Shock watch. Prices on this site seem very reasonable so I was very happy to see the watch I wanted at a lower price than I had seen elsewhere. Communication & service was excellent, item arrived in a few days. Wouldn't hesitate to use again & would recommend to anyone.

Very misleading delivery information
I ordered a watch and entered a code provided by Nigel O'Hara for free next day delivery. The watch did not arrive the next day. After contacting Nigel O'Hara I was advised that it was not financially viable to send this watch on next day delivery as it was half price!! I was also advised that even with free next day delivery it could take 3-5 days to dispatch. I won't be using Nigel O'Hara again.

My wife has been looking at Skagen watches for a long time and had chosen the one she wanted after many hours looking at competitor websites. She was about to order and I ran a quick price check (being a yorkshireman I always do!). Nigel O'Hara's price was almost half that of rival sites. I must admit I was a bit wary of ordering because the price was so low, so I did some research into reviews etc which gave me the confidence to hit the "order now" button. We are glad we did, great communication, quick delivery and of course a fantastic price! Chrismas is coming and will be ordering again for sure!

Good watch - great service.
I was looking for a new watch and wanted something light and simple. I came across the Seiko Titanium watch and while it seemed perfect it was a little pricey. I had a look around and cam across Nigel O'Hara who were able to supply it for 2/3rds of the price I had seen initially.
With a slight 'too good to be true' feeling I hit go and bought the watch. There was no need to be worried! The watch turned up in good time and was sent in its presentation case and well packaged. They also seemed to display the watch in the correct colour unlike any other site I came across which made it look the same silver as most other watches - unlike the slightly smoked bronzed look to it. The watch is simple, elegant, extremely light and easy to adjust.

Unbelievable Sevice Quality
I had to transfer some funds from my Bank account to My Credit Card and was told it would take 3 Days. Unfortunately this meant I would miss the £10.00 Discount. Not so. I called and spoke with Laura and she told me not to worry, I would still qualify. However, 1 Day later I saw my funds had arrived so I hurriedly placed my order. I say hurriedly because in my eager excitement to get my beautiful Festina Tour De France o mistakenly oversized my wrist. Once again Laura to the rescue. My watch arrived safe and sound and perfectly sized. Would I recommend you. Without doubt. Quality service which Today is sadly lacking in other merchants.

Misleading...
Ordered a watch at just under £400 which was delivered in good time. Was going to consider making another order just a few days later when I saw my watch for £50 cheaper. Emailed company but no reply. Called their office number (open until 830) and no reply. Finally called them and got through and the watch is now almost £100 cheaper. This price although advertised will not be met due to an error. They replaced one error with another.
The pros and cons of Internet shopping I guess but I will not be recommending this company.

!!!ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!
I ordered, (Juicy Couture Ladies' Stella Gold Tone Bracelet Watch - 1900901) on 17/02/2013 for my partners 21st birthday.
I needed the watch to arrive by 12/03/2013 at the latest on her birthday, which I thought would have arrived in plenty of time as I ordered it well in advance.
It was estimated to be processed & delivered within 3-5 working days, it wasn't.
I thought its fine I have plenty of time it will be here.
Next I get an email on 24/02/2013 saying, we've just received notice of a lead time change from our stock control department which affects the original delivery timescale stated in your order. Please note that the new estimated availability date given above is the best possible date we can provide at this time. Rest assured that should this date move forwards or backwards, we will keep you fully informed by email. New delivery date: 04/03/2013 stated in email.
Again I thought its fine, it will still be here for when I need it on 12/03/2013.
The new delivery date (04/03/2013) had come and gone I received no emails keeping me up to date with what is happening.
Now I began calling up enquiring about it. I was first told "I will chase it up with stock control and phone you back by the end of the day". As expected I received no call back.
I called again that same day just prior to closing and spoke to someone else who ensured me I would receive it by the end of the week and that I am on priority delivery for next day service.
I thought, this is a hassel but it will still arrive on time.
Still not arrived I called again on the Friday 08/03/2012, to be told "we will receive it on Tuesday the 12/03/2013 from our supplier and it will be sent next day delivery arriving to you on the Wednesday".
This was a huge inconvenience as I needed it by the Tuesday 12/03/2013 but again staying patient I thought its not a big deal I will tell my partner it will arrive a day late on the Wednesday 13/03/2013.
Still not arrived I called again on the Wednesday, was told "it will arrive by the end of the week". As expected it never arrived.
I called today to be told "we will receive it on Tuesday 19/03/2013 and that I will receive it next day delivery on 20/03/2012".
By this point my patience has run out and I called to say "they need to find better suppliers and that I want a full refund".
I was told "the refund has been processed and you should receive it within 24-48hours".
Yeah right I do not believe this will happen within the timescale stated. It will most likely be 28days later.
Overall terrible company, was told different stories every time I called about suppliers and new delivery dates and never once was I contacted by nigel o' hara keeping me up to date with my purchase.
Also when I purchased the watch it wasn't mentioned online the item was out of stock.
One other thing, the second time I was promised a call back I specifically said "are you sure you will call me back now because I have been promised a call back before and it never happened". Replied "YES".
As guessed by now, it never happened.

SUPERB SERVICE SUPERB SEIKO WATCH

I purchased a Seiko SMY087P1 Kinetic Day/Date watch in 2 tone stainless steel and gold finish from Nigel O'Hara last Friday and the watch was delivered on Monday. Brilliant! These guys are really great to deal with.
The purchase was very smooth and Chris whom I spoke to was very patient and knowledgeable about the various watches in my price range and I am very happy with my purchase. My last Seiko Kinetic lasted nearly 15 years and the capacitor has only just started to lose charge.Otherwise, the old watch is still as new. I hope this new one is as durable.

Absolutely first class
I bought a watch from this jewellers for a Christmas present for my son. I was a bit wary about ordering it online, but I must say I was really pleased. For one it was considerably cheaper than the shop where I first saw the watch. It also arrived really quickly, and in great packaging, so was in perfect condition. One other thing I was impressed with was the customer service . I had to make an inquiry over the phone and they were polite and sorted things quickly for me. I really can't fault them, and would recommend to anyone
