I purchased a gift card for nike.com.After shopping their site, I attempted to redeem this card and was met with error upon error at their site.
I even tried clearing the cache on my browser, and using another browser. I did receive an email for their customer no-service in a few days but it was of little help, suggesting I call, or try the above remedies I had already attempted. About a week later, I again picked out an item and attempted to redeem my gift card. Well, this time the site accepted it after only two attempts.
I then was required to enter my credit card information to pay for shipping. When I did that, my browser attempted to establish a secured connection, and then I received a message that the operation had timed out. I then began an hour long session at their live chat version of customer no-service. There still has been no resolution at this point.
They are going to call me tomorrow. I have now wasted hours attempting to buy a t-shirt. Buyer beware!
Only purchase a gift card from NIKE if you live next door to a brick-and-mortar store because their website is worthless.If they were to reimburse me at my normal rate of pay for the time I have wasted attempting to resolve this issue they would owe me $100+.

1. I received an item that had previously been worn and scuffed 2. prepaid labels hadn't been sent the 3rd time of asking for them after three promises 3. After asking and asking for prepaid labels from the company I then sent the item back with my own courier because I needed the full refund as an customer services Adviser told me to buy another pair instead of waiting for a replacement as this would take to long, I did this so I was £110 out of pocket at that point. 4. I then called on the 13th December where a customer services adviser confirmed that my refund had been processed, also that my refund had been actioned and would take 7 working days to show in my bank. 5. I have no rang them back only to find that my refund hadn't been actioned and despite me having the item sent and tracked and signed for by the address they gave they're stating they haven't received the returned goods. 6. I have been on the phone for 4HOURS to be told that they can't give me head offices number or pass me onto a manager. -STILL NOT RESOLVED.
I ordered some trainers and was sent what look like used trainers with scuffs so returned them at my own cost as they would not provide me with a prepaid label.

On the 13th of December I rang to make sure they had been received as my tracking says they have and they told me yes my refund will be processed now on the 17th they are telling me they have not received them back.
This is the last time I will ever order anything from Nike total scoundrels stealing from people at this time of year is low enough but to blatantly lie is a joke. This will not be my last words on this I will be contacting my card company and also I will be visiting NIKEs twitter and any other social networking sites to express my feelings and also warn others.

A time ago I ordered a football. Everything went well and I had no complaints at all; quick delivery, the right product, decent quality. Actually everything what I expected from Nike!
But then, after a few months the football got broken. So I went to the customer service online and asked if they could repair my football, since I still had warranty.
After waiting for days (/ weeks), I got no response. So I tried to contact them again, but this time with a different argument for repairing my football. Just in the hope they would respond to my mail! Surprisingly they responsed to my second mail, and they asked me why I mailed them few weeks ago with a different argument!
So, they received my first mail, but didn't even respond to that one. But when they received another mail, with another argument, they come up with an argument to let me look like a liar! Still my football is not repaired and it seems they don't even bother about their customers once ordered a product.
PS: the mail they sent me didn't even contain any relevant information (about repairing the football).
