A time ago I ordered a football. Everything went well and I had no complaints at all; quick delivery, the right product, decent quality. Actually everything what I expected from Nike!
But then, after a few months the football got broken. So I went to the customer service online and asked if they could repair my football, since I still had warranty.
After waiting for days (/ weeks), I got no response. So I tried to contact them again, but this time with a different argument for repairing my football. Just in the hope they would respond to my mail! Surprisingly they responsed to my second mail, and they asked me why I mailed them few weeks ago with a different argument!
So, they received my first mail, but didn't even respond to that one. But when they received another mail, with another argument, they come up with an argument to let me look like a liar! Still my football is not repaired and it seems they don't even bother about their customers once ordered a product.
PS: the mail they sent me didn't even contain any relevant information (about repairing the football).
I have been buying trainers from Nike for many years, and thought I would buy them from there official store, as they had some new trainers I cant buy in store.
Wow, they were fantastic, with a delivery time of just 4 days, which was a pleasant surprise. I highly recommend that you take a look at there online store, as you can buy the latest trainers, before they appear in the usual sports outlets.
I just bought a pair of Lebron basket shoes at their shop - they had a lovely offer. I get my order confirmation and a picture of the shoes i designed myself. I get all excited and can't wait to get them, because god they are beatiful. after 1 day i get a mail, that my design has started it's production and it's all good.
Suddenly, i get a mail, after 3-4 days that they sold me the shoes too cheap, and they refuse to honor their commitment. They just cancelled my order. Besides the huge delivery costs and really bad service, i tried to contact the customer service via mail. But i'm not allowed to. When i click "send" a windows popups up with links to their F.A.Q. and useless answers and dont offer me a way to send the mail anyway.
Fact is, i would NEVER recommend to buy from Nike.com again. Go buy products from companies that live, for their customers.
My Nike Trainer Shopping Experience
Nike are by far my favourite brand of Sportswear, most especially the trainers. The extra bonus is just how fast they are at Shipping the products, I have never had to wait more than 4 days for them to arrive.
I have been buying Nike Branded trainers for over 30 years, and have never experienced any problems with the trainers. Unlike other brands, Nike branded ones really are of the highest quality.
The Nike Clothes are equally as good, as all of my children buy them on a regular basis, they are almost Timeless, especially due to the dominent Brand Signature.
If you are looking for great Sportswear, look no further, Nike really are a different Class.
Ordered a GPS-clock, a pair of shoes and a heartrate monitor.
Everything was delivered promptly, but after a while the GPS-watch stopped working. I contacted support and got a replacement. This took quite some time though, so i will not give the highest rating.
Bestilte et par NikeID børnsko og fandt ud af der var 30 dages levering (hvilket jeg naturligvis burde have set først). Jeg har nu i 3 dage førsøgt at annullere min order uden held til gengæld har Nike nu trukket pengene fra min konto.
Servicecenteret som er amerikansk med engelsk tale personale har informeret mig om at de er i gang med at anullerede ordren og pengene bliver sat tilbage på kontoen så snart de har fået anulleret min ordre i deres systemer.
Jeg har et år efter min anmeldelse stadig ikke købt jeres sko på nettet.

Jeg har fundet en hjemmeside med billige Nike sko igennem FB reklamerne.
Siden findes ikke her på T.P. og jeg kan ikke finde et sted, hvor jeg kan kontakte Nike.com, igennem Jeres hjemmeside, for at spørge, om det er Jeres sko, eller kopier af jeres sko, der sælges på den pågældende side.
Dette ville være rart at kunne komme i kontakt med Jer gennem Jeres hjemmeside, uden nødvendigvis at skulle lave et log in.
Jeg har ikke købt Jeres sko på nettet og har derfor ingen yderligere kommentarer.
Headaches when return products online although they compensate you when they mess up. Product quality is unrivalled and the marketing is crazy. I LOVE NIKE.
Jeg bestilte et par Nike Free ID custom designede sko, og er 100% tilfreds. Har fået lige præcis de sko jeg gerne vil have, og skal ikke rende rundt i samme Nike Free som alle andre.
Prisen på de 1200kr er også betalt, men jeg havde ingen negative oplevelser ved handlen overhovedet.
Jeg blev løbende opdateret om processen, og skoene var der inde for 30 dage som lovet.
Unfortunately this review agrees with Thomas. I have had exactly the same problems as he has. Made an order with standard delivery between 2-4 business days on Monday. However it took them a good five days to ready my product for dispatch! This was on my week off from work and was hoping for fast (in the 2-4 estimated time) delivery. However I was disappointed not to here from them until Friday. Which meant I would be back at work and unable to receive delivery. The products I received I was very pleased with! Seems like Nike have become lazy, taking a very long time to process my order for dispatch. Even more annoying when ou have to pay for P&P! Other websites offer free delivery which often comes next day when ordered early, makes Nike performance look very weak! Shame.
Earlier I have placed serveral orders from the nikestore.dk website, and In overall been quite satisfied on the service recieved. But lately I have had a couple of annoying experiences in placing orders from this website. If I "fall in love" with any of the goods on the website and want to buy these, I often choose from the possibility to recieve the goods Expedited with UPS, which has a stated timeframe to Denmark on 1-3 days. The only problem is, very often is has not even been shipped from the store within this timeframe. The last 2 times I have placed orders from this website I first recieved the orders 5-6 days after my order was placed. And it is quite annoying to pay 70 DKK for an express service you do not receive anyway. Last time I naturally claimed this fact at customer service and the representative made a cash back for me :0. Latest I placed an order last tuesday and this order has not arrived yet. I really look forward to see, when it arrives. My only recommendation for Nike is to cancel the "expedited service", when you are not able to deliver this service - You create falsch expectations !.
Jeg bestilte et par dansesko, som blev afsendt fra lageret i Holland med det samme. Der var kommet et forkert TT-nummer på pakken, men det nåede jeg slet ikke at opdage, så hurtigt var den fremme. Som kompensation fik jeg en kode til fri fragt ved næste handel. Har købt sko ved nike.com en del gange efterhånden og der er altid imponerende hurtig levering. Jeg har endnu ikke oplevet forkerte varer eller noget, der har skullet reklameres over. Stor tilfredshed herfra, de bliver helt sikkert brugt igen.
I ordered some items which unfortunately did not fit and Nike gave me a full refund (including delivery) and supplied a postage-paid returns label in addition to offering me free delivery on my next order. I ordered other items which i again wanted in a different size and again they issued a refund etc and another free delivery code for my next order. They sent emails confirming the order; date order was shipped; date return received; date refund issued and date refund completed.
Nike offer exceptional customer service and always high quality products, with the assurance of a hassle-free returns policy.
Jeg bestilte et par Nike Free + Run 2.0 Women hos Nike mandag d. 24/7 efter lukketid, at bemærke. Mandag d. 27/7 modtog jeg en email om, at min pakke var afsendt, og jeg tænkte så; jeg modtager nok mine sko fredag eller mandag.. Men de kom allerede onsdag altså to dage efter de var sendt - så jeg var positivt overrasket. Men de kom jo heller ikke med Post Danmark ;-)

Websiden fungerer altid som den skal og er rimelig hurtig. Varene kommer inden får ganske kort tid på trods af at det blev sendt fra udlandet. Kvaliteten er i top og prisen er fin nok. Jeg er godt tilfreds over mit køb hos Nike.com
Det kan klart anbefales at købe jeres fodboldudstyr eller spillertrøjer her frem for i andre shoppe, hvis det altså er nike i vil have!
Jeg har for nyligt købt ting hos Nike store og synes, at det har gået som smurt. De skal have stor respekt for deres hurtige levering hvad angår "alminelide" varer dvs. ikke Nike-ID. Det tog 2 dage for mig, at få mine ting.
En anden god ting, er at man kan returnere ting gratis (tror dog kun det gælder hvis du køber for over et vis beløb), det gjorde jeg og har været nød til at returnere en ting - men da det er gratis, at returnere og rimelig let at finde ud af - er det ikke et problem.
Det eneste der er lidt mærkeligt, er at deres kundeservice er på engelsk når du ringer til dem, selvom det er et dansk nummer du ringer til...
Det skal man lige huske på!
Jeg venter nu på, at få mine penge tilbage på den ene ting jeg returnerede, men jeg er indtil videre fuld tilfreds!
