My order was dealt with in a professional courteous manner and delivered exactly when I was told they would be. The chairs I received were of , exceptional quality, fqar better than I expected to be honest. Really comfy and exactly what I was looking for. I would recommend Ningbo to ny one. An absolute delight to do business with.

PROBLEM-FREE SHOPPING :-)

From my first contact with Ningbo the help and service were first class. Replies to e-mails came back immediately. All my queries - and there were quite a few! - were dealt with promptly and efficiently. Everyone who has seen the chairs and sat upon them in our Village Hall has been pleased with them. They look very smart and are very comfortable. Delivery was on time (a slight hiccough here - the delivery man did not ring our caretaker with his ETA as expected - but he is not a Ningbo employee). However, he very willingly helped to unload the 200 chairs. Yes, they were extremely well wrapped up for safe transport, and the snag here was that it took us ages to unwrap them!!! So pleased with everything that I suggested to Katie, who saw us through the whole process, that she deserved a bonus! Thank you, Ningbo!

Faultless, and highly recommended

I was concerned that the trestle table price looked a little low compared to other on line options, but my queries were replied to very swiftly, delivery arranged easily and the tables appear fine and were delivered as promised.
Always seems a lottery to me to who to use for ad hoc purchases through internet searches, Ningbo were great and I couldn't fault them.

Quick, reliable Service

Really good pricing, quick delivery but wouldnt take the chairs off the palettes to bring them in as they were too high stacked to come through the doors, and it took our porter a while on his own to bring them in from the rain.

We were very impressed with the choice and competetive prices. Delivery was quick and the chairs were well wrapped to protect from damage.

Good service but poor after service.

Had to order over the phone owing to a glich on the system. Service was very good with prompt delivery BUT although an email warned of problems re damaged goods what it should have said was, sign for the delivery and mark it damaged as TNT do not accept claims unless marked damaged. As one cannot unpack the goods to check owing to the delivery driver cannot wait, it is better to mark damaged then covered and if it is okay then no need to persue.

Good service, good products

Shopped around for chairs and tables. Found Ningbo had what !
I wanted at a good price. Bit of a delay initially, but prompt delivery when the tables were back in stock. Would use them again.

Banquetting Chairs wearing well after 2 years

After a small hiccup over the bank transfer we received the chairs
in time for a large function. Most helpful people . We shall use Ningbo again.

The service we recieved was excellent our queries were followed up in a timely manner. We requested to delay delivery this was no problem and once arranged was efficient. The chairs we bought were packaged carefully and make our function room look much better! We hope to buy more from Ningbo soon.

Comfy bums on seats

These are simply the best chairs, at the best price we could find on the internet. They stack at least 8 high and the comfy seats and backs are still in perfect shape after 2 years ware.
The Ningbo company were very polite and helpful on the phone and the 50 chairs were delivered on a pallet, completely protected be industrial cling film. The whole village Hall committee are delighted with our new chairs.

Delighted to find a human voice on the other end of the 'phone when I contacted to enquire about the chairs. Not only a human voice, but a very helpful person who responded politely and efficiently to all my subsequent telephone calls. The chairs are equal to and possibly better than my expectations, and have been admired by many users.

The only down-side for me was the delivery company who I suspect are more used to delivering to large premises and clearly were not that sympathetic to an individual person "manning" the Church Hall site all day waiting for the delivery and then after arriving after 5.30 pm, simply unloading the pallet of chairs and responding to my question about the wooden pallet with "burn it".

The chairs are a success and the service from Ningbo was very helpful in deciding on buying the chairs. I have since past on the company's name to a business man.

Katie from Ningbo was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. The chairs I ordered came exactly when I had been told they would and were securely and carefully packaged. Full marks!

Quick response, great prices, decent quality

We have always found Ningbo to be true to their word with delivery dates etc and have found their products to offer value for money. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Amazing customer service and great prices

From the very first time we used Ningbo we found them helpful and well priced with good industry knowledge. Eve always does all she can to help in anyway possible.

Tables out of stock for ages but final product was good

It took weeks for the tables to be delivered because of large demand around the Jubilee weekend for street party tables etc.

However when the final product arrived it was good.

The Courier left me with a large pallet to disassemble and throw away, because I couldn't even get the items inside the building without doing this, I would have appreciated a hand, but it was ok.
