One of the worst customer experiences I've ever had
Unfortunately Nisbets has a bad case of bureaucracy and pettiness and very little understanding of customer experience. That should be evident by all the other reviews here.
After over a week of not getting my order I tried emailing and calling to get my order sorted out. They lied to me about contacting me and then multiple times told me they would call me back and never did. After two days of calling and talking to about 10 different people, I'd had enough. Although some of the people I talked to were pleasant and trying to help, it was obvious that the management of the company hadn't given any of these people the authority to actually resolve my issue. After talking to a 'supervisor' who was the rudest person I talked to there, I canceled my order. If I had seen these reviews, I wouldn't have made one in the first place.
