fantastic
bought 4x4 truck which my 3yr old loves...speedy delivery...had a few problems when making truck up as instructions were not clear at times... contacted nitoblaze by e-mail and they were extremely helpful... would recomend this company for their speedy delivery and excellent communication throughout my purchace.....

very happy
I purchased 3 items items on tuesday and they arrived wednesday and i received a txt with tracking and also an email so i new to stay in. I put the car together but found it hard so i emailed nitroblaze and they talked me through the set up, car now running.
My ovaral all thoughts are to service and delivery with no problems, i do not see how the comment below is nitroblaze problem if the van crashed and order canceld if youhave money back! any way i found them via a friend who has a car off them!

Extremely disappointed!
Having found Nitriblaze through numerous searches I was amazed at their prices. They verged on the 'Too good to be true'! So having assured myself if their authenticity I placed an order for a petrol off roader. Having made a mistake during ordering I was very impressed when helped via email to correct the order.
Following a 3 week delay in receipt I chased the delivery status to be told the delivery van had crashed and the buggy would not be delivered. The order was cancelled and I was left with no time to replace the toy before my step sons birthday. I was then informed I would have to re-order. The price had been increased an no one answered my follow up queries. It smacked of NitroBlaze taking customers for a ride. I would not advise using the company to anyone.

Fantastic customer service and text service
I have just received my order placed Thursday i was told it would be a day late due to me giving incorrect postcode so great communication from the rep, and i received tracking and a text message that my order has been sent. I am just about to order another ride on car for my son as he had a right paddy ! thanks to nitroblaze - Tim Ward Reff 001274

My 4th fast delivery from them
This is the time i have placed an order and i have been happy with over all service, i did use Google but as Nitroblaze think about fraud highly my first order taken 5 days but now i use paypal and they have sent out for next day if i order before 12 mid day - will always buy from them and they have a txt service - good work nitroblaze - Sam
