The worst customer service i have ever experienced! Buyer beware
Purchased a RC Tank for my Sons birthday on the 29th April (He's a huge fan of anything tank related at the moment therefore decided to splash out as a treat)
This arrived promptly on the 1st May - Great product however when I tested same day of receipt I found the tank was faulty. Logged a ticket same day and waited....
7th May, still no response so I requested an update and waited......
10th May, received a response asking if they could send a spare part out for me to fit!!! I begrudgingly accepted the same day (As long as the warranty wasn't voided) and waited........
I Phoned Nitrotek on the 15th May to find out what was going on and was faced with a rude man called Jake who advised I had "responded yesterday three times" and "someone would probably contact me same day to sort it out".
No-One Did.
I've phoned up again on the 16th (Today) asking to speak to a senior manager / Director and was told i couldnt and to "log a ticket" by Jake.
As a consequence, my son has no birthday present due to Nitrotek's utter incompetence - Absolutely disgusting service and I will never be using this company again!

bad service
Ordered Monday so expected my car wed rang up 6pm wed night because no parcel and got snapped at we deliver till 7 waited till then no parcel. Rang up what a surprise no one there.
car came next day but no instructions and no help from the help line thank god for sites like YouTube for help as once this company had my money they didn't want to know.

Fab purchase from NitroTek
Hi, I have just brought the ACME Raptor build your own car Kit from NitroTek, I found the website nicely laid out with lots of information on the product. Ordering was simple and I even had the option to pay through paypal so all was worry free. I placed my order on Wednesday evening and the item arrived at 9:00 am Friday morning, all for free.
I can only rate my experience as fantastic, I will defiantly be buying from NitroTek again and would recommend them to anyone interested in the RC scene.

Simple, and Effective to use.
The website is very simple and easy to navigate. This is effective, and lets you find where you need to go, even if you’ve never visited the site before. The order process took 3 attempts, after a card not being accepted, and then the order didn't go through once using a different card. I tried again the next day, and it went through fine. Just waiting for it to arrive now.

Super speedy service and a quality car
Spoke to Jake on customer sevice before I ordered and found him very helpfully, and took my order (Order no : 400069094) with out any hassle.
I purchased a HSP XSTR buggy in green and it was delivered on time and in perfect condition. The buggy itself seems excellent value for money and better than some of my Kyosho cars for the price, my son will really love it.

Excellent on line shopping

I purchased a helicopter from here and found the company to be quick and good communicators. Even when I had a problem it was dealt with politely and quickly. The parts service is very good and very, very competitively priced. I do shop around! It is thanks to Nitrotek that I have refurbished and old Helicopter considered beyond economical repair.

thought this company was great 2 start with
just ordered my 1st nitro truck cant wait for it to be delivered and to come back to the site for upgrades :) very easy website to use and can find what your looking for stright away ( Order No:400067594 ) i order this item 11days ago and still havent recived it and it says its shipped but they tell me it hasnt been sent so much for next day delivery i also order the starter kit and fuel the day after n had 2 pay £7 delivery i think 2 get it 7days later seems they arent as reliable as i thought and they dont reply 2 my scripts

Great website, easy ordering, lots of useful info
I was looking for my first rc aircraft and once I discovered the Nitrotek website I found it was well laid out, easy to navigate and has lots of useful information that a lot of other sites don't include, like the RC Dictionary, the blog and plenty of other stuff. Terrible after sales service
£60 helicopter arrived with fault. Only way to contact is through a 'service ticket' web site - no number to call. Sales line won't put you through. Sent instructions to me saying *I* should fix it! When told them it was still faulty, they got me to take photos of it before they would take it back. When they got it, they said it had been used (it hadn't - only to find the fault) so they wouldn't refund. Then they said it was working fine but they would 'waive' the returns postage of £10. I get it back and it's been fixed!!! This is just a con so they don't have to pay my postage. whole process took many weeks. This company are dodgy, don't have anything to do with them.

Off to a flying start

Best place for nitro cars and parts
It's a verry good website to buy nitro cars and parts. Just tipe in the product code and you have the product you are looking for. The one problem is it dose not have all the product numbers. Even when I bought the car from nitro tech.
