i tried the new nobelapp and it’s really nice. i can call with wifi so it’s a lot cheaper. they did quite a good job improving the old app. from this one you can send text msgs which is quite cool bcuz i always thought the services needs that. you have to get a new calling card for that but its ok bcuz i keep the nobel app card just sending texts and the other one on enjoy for making calls
I've been using them for a month now for calling to South Africa on a cellphone and not only that they have very low rates but also the quality is more than decent. Compared with other services I've used, they disclose their fees upfront and you don't get any unexpected charges. I used Hello South Africa Cell since I usually stay on the phone for more than an hour.
Before purchasing, make sure there is a local access number, because if > there isn't, you will be using a 800 number and paying an additional > cent per minute for each call. I'm skeptical of this company. That > should be explained clearly upfront! Not after you buy. No refunds!! >
I use them for 3 years now and always to call Yemen, they have the lowest rates. Sure, there are some call drops from time to time, but the overall call quality is very good. They have good rates & lots of loyalty discounts for customers.
