Very quick service
I use Northern Parrots for two main reasons: first because it's one place I KNOW I can get this parrot food and second because delivery is always quick and reliable.

Great company, very reliable
Have been placing orders with this company now for a number of years, website is always easy to use, products always arrive well packaged, and the orders are always correct. The website is great with a large variety of different products where you can always get everything you need in one place. Excellent would highly recommend them.

very happy satisfied birds
I only use Northern Parrots for our pet bird supplies, i order their seed, grit, feather up for when they are moulting and avi pro supplement. The service I receive from Northern Parrots is first class. I order one day and the products are delivered the next day, really great prompt service, I wouldnt use anyone else. Not delivered order
I am not understanding that a compay like Northern Parrots is not able to answer to my reclamation about a delivery of ordered and paid things.
Your answer about holidays is not correct because I ordered and paid at 3rd of May
and received finallly the goods at 15th of May.
According to the storage regulation the goods should be frozen but they where coming in normal plastic packed ; - without any cooling. Normally I have to return them to you in same condition; - but than you can though them in waste.
I am awaiting your comments and a new shipment.

Thank you for your update. As your order was placed on Friday afternoon (3rd May) it was too late to despatch it that day, so it was despatched on Tuesday 7th May (Monday was a holiday in the UK).
Orders to Germany usually take around 5-7 working days from the date of despatch, your order was received on day 6.
Palm Nuts are kept frozen but are fine to be transported via normal methods and normally refreeze without a problem. It would cost much more to despatch via refrigerated transport unfortunately.
We can send a replacement but would like to send this on Monday instead so it should be delivered the same week and not left in a warehouse over the weekend.
We have emailed you several times about this but the emails have bounced back, please check your email account or do you have another email address to use?

Absolutely brilliant!
I would never use any other company for my bird, the selection is brilliant, they have super fast delivery, I don't think I have ever had such a pleasant experience with any online retailer as I have with northern parrots! A+++

Postage is expensive, but worth it when the products arrive
The postage is rather pricey to Australia, so I don't order very often. However the service from Northern Parrots, is beyond compare, and the products are definitely worth it.

Good, quick service
Easy to use website, handy that you can narrow down products to suitability for particular birds. Ordering process was also easy and I found that overall my order was cheaper including p&p than if I had ordered elsewhere. Received my order quickly, actually next day on standard delivery and was well packaged. Will definitely be looking to this site again for similar products.

why not look on Northern Parrots for all your parrots need, from food and treats to toys and vitamin supplements. i thought it was too late to place my order , a few days before i was going away.i ordered anyway and was quite surprised when my parcel arrived after two days.
staff are vey helpful, friendly and often have time for a quick chat. i recommend them every time.

one stop parrot shop!
I am preparing everything for the arrival of my baby grey, and wanted somewhere I could get all I wanted in one place. Northern Parrots is the place! I ordered on Sunday and my items were here Tuesday. Everything was great quality, and for what I spent I got alot, in fact I can see myself buying loads from them and my wish list is getting larger by the day!
I am in fact putting together another order at this moment, it looks my baby is going to get spoilt rotten. Excellent service and huge choice what more can you ask for.

AMAZING!
the San Remo cage came in two boxes had a very friendly delivery driver and the lady i spoke to on the phone was very friendly. and the cage its self is very sturdy easy to build if you have two people to build it. cookie (my kakariki) has plenty of space to play in and fly in when hes not out of the cage

Is it a con?
I cannot understand why it's nearly always possible to purchase the smaller weight (3lb) bags of species specific parrot food, (which are clearly at a much higher per kilo cost) yet the more popular, economical weights (8lb) are rarely available??

Is it the Pretty Bird African Special you're referring to? I don't think we have anything else that's Species Specific and out of stock in an 8lb size.
Apologies for it being out of stock, we should have more in approximately 2 weeks.
We do have the 20lb in stock which is more economical than the 8lb.
If you are referring to another product we'd be happy to let you know when more are coming.
We certainly aim to keep all products in stock at all times, and carry large amounts of the most popular items, however sometimes it's simply beyond our control.
