Speedy Delivery Great Service
I ordered some wheel hubs for a Citroen C1, the hubs are a little fiddly and one cracked in the post but when I mentioned this it was immediately replaced with an explanation that they go for flexibility rather than rigid hubs as they apparently last longer, they look good and are excellent value, would use again.

Above average customer service
I rang up about a wheel trim replacement ( one had dropped off somewhere) as NP Autoparts had supplied the original set some months back. I was advised that it was out of stock, but if I left them with my email address I would be notified as soon as they were available again. A few days later I received the linked email and was able to order the replacement set, which arrived the next day. 10/10.

Vauxhall car mats
Just bought these made to measure car mats for my Vauxhall Zafira Tourer. Brilliant just like custom made mats but a lot cheaper, and they fit perfectly. Well please with quality and service.

All's well that ends well
I had a problem with some wheel trims I purchased from this company. But after a hiccup with a lost email, the company contacted me and offered a replacement. Top marks for their prompt resolution to my problem.

I purchased some wiper blades to fit my classic car, the blades fit the car perfectly but in my ham fisted attempt to adjust the wiper arm I broke the fixing off the new blade.
One call to NP Autoparts and a new fixing was on its way free of charge,
2 days later and the wipers are fitted and working great.
I was happy to buy a new fixing but no need NP where more than happy to help me sort the problem without question, Good old fashioned customer service, So refreshing.

I used to have a mobile tyre compressor which incorporated a battery that died after a couple of years and I could not get a replacement battery of the right physical size to repair an otherwise good product. This extension lead from NP Autoparts is the answer as it is rated at 11 amps and allows me to run my old non-battery compressor from my car with enough lead to be able to call it 'mobile' (reaches from my car on the driveway into my garage where my bikes and motorbikes are so I can charge those tyres also) and at a fraction of the cost of a battery compressor. It works perfectly. My only possible negative feedback is that the switch to turn on/off is mounted on the part to be plugged in to the cigarette lighter (see no point then as should be on the 'working end' and also I think if I used the cable winder this could be a problem as was very stiff and sticklng to reel out. For me I am happy with leaving the cable extended as it will be boxed in my garage. Pleased with NP's product and delivery.
