Bought door mirror for Seat Leon. Cheapest price I found. Mirror arrived damaged, (with the box being obviously beaten up in the post) Called NP and it was replaced free of charge( they covered return delivery too) Very pleased with the service from this company :)

GOOD MATS/GOOD PRICE/GOOD SERVICE!
I just wanted some inexpesive mats for my new car, ready made, good quality, and, that I didn't have to cut to fit! I ordered on line and they arrived within a week.....the delivery
driver even left them with a neighbour as I was at work which was much appreciated as the depot was some distance away. Would definately use NP Autoparts again.

Excellent value for money
I purchased car mats for my vauxhall mokka from np auto parts , they fit well and were good value. £22 for a set of four mats can't be faulted, I've paid more for non fitting mats out of the well known car and bike accessories shop in the past and they have cost almost double. Would definitely use np auto parts again

Rip Off !
never buy from them. Mats are not fitted the holes they cut in them I could get my thumb through let alone a tiny pole thats in my Lupo carpets to hold it in place. Sorry you cant return them because they are cut to order. Robbers!

Faulty Product
I have nothing but praise for delivery and customer service, however the product i purchase was faultly and not patcularly well constructed and not worth the money i paid for it, To return the item was very easy and at no cost to me, it was a shame the product let them down as all my dealing i had with this company were very good

Made my Daughter happy car repaired in three days of event wing Mirror smashed off while parked, the part came primed and ready to spray.

I live in Germany, but wanted a Haynes manual in English. I contacted the seller on Ebay, and they arranged everything through PayPal, but off Ebay to simplify the international purchase, I suppose. Everything went very well, and I'd recommend emailing them as they're very professional and prompt.

BRILLIANT service
Ordered wheel trims which came 2 days after order. Unfortunately they did not quite fit the wheels. I phoned NP who immediately offered to refund cost, and also sent a prepaid postal sticker to return the trims!
Very impressed with service and will definitely use this company again.

super fast delivery
