Really disappointed with this website. After waiting over 3 weeks for my order I asked them where it was and was told that due to an error they had not despatched it, despite taking my payment. I also had not received any order confirmation from them at all and when I asked for one I was told it was automated and they could not send me it. They then emailed the following day saying they won't despatch to my country of residence, despite the fact that their cart allowed me to select that country as my delivery address and proceed with my order. Again, another error with their site, I was told.
Har handlet kattemad og loppemiddel mindst 10 gange og har altid fået varene inden en uge.
Kan helt klart anbefales.
I have bought from Nutrecare a couple of times, with no problems.
But last August I paid around 80 euros for goods I never received!
After 1 month and many messages with no avail , I decided to open a dispute through Pay-pal.
Then,and only then, Nutrecare sent me a message "to release the funds !!"
I asked them how could I, given the fact they had already collected my money from the first day of my order !!
They never bothered to reply to me or even to Pay-Pal !!
I escalated the issue to a claim (always under Pay-Pal procedures) they never replied,the deadline of Pay-Pal expired,Pay-pal decided the case in my favor and sent me a total refund of my money.
Result: I will not buy again from Nutrecare.
