My new dining table and chairs arrived 3 weeks ago . The table had a damaged edge.oak furniture land sent an expert to assess the damage and repair it.last Friday the expert told me that it could not be repaired he took a photo and told me I would be contacted about a replacement table within 1 week . I have not heard and so my husband phoned this morning to find out what has happened. The customer service person told us that our only option is to have the table filled and repolished . We explained that we want to have a replacement table delivered but he said that was not an option.we told him to take it all back and give us a refund.he would rather do this than replace the table.
Since I posted this review customer services rang me and I am now waiting for my replacement table which I am told will be checked again for defects before I get it.
I now have my new table and I am very pleased with it . I think the furniture is good value
