When buying £400 of glasses you expect an element of customer service? Don't bother using the Oakley online store as it is a total waste of time when it comes to support or service - they take your money, but no product received. Would rate 0 if I could.
I ordered some Oakley sweatpant from the Danish site as a Christmas gift. On the day they should have arrived, UPS claimed the package arrived, but I never signed for it and was worried I would not have the Christmas gift one week befroe the hoilday.
I called Oakley, and they were most apologetic and sent another pair free of charge overnight delivery. They said we could figure out what to do with the other pair if they showed up at a later date. I was blown away! Thank you!!
After a wash, one of the snaps fell off. I wrote them again with pictures, and they sent a brand new pair and again apologized for the inconvenience. I was so impressed, I had to write a review. TP has given me the forum to do this!
Handed in my 11 months old M-frames 'cause of broken pin in the frame.
10 days later: got the glasses returned - new frame and all !
Also their "buyback" policy on broken/ discontinued products (old glasses) gives a 30% discount in Denmark if buy a new set.
I like this website as I have a boyfriend that loves Oakley clothing and I know what every I will get he will wear. I had the last item delivered yesterday am very happy with the item great for the price too....
I know I will be ordering from you in the future even for myself I keep showing him things but we will have to see on the 25Th Dec
