[REPLY]
Bought a Sony Ericsson off these scamsters. It was faulty, so I sent it back AT MY OWN expense. They sent me what I'm sure was the same phone, but claimed that it was a different phone. Still faulty, and had to send it back again, once again AT MY OWN EXPENSE.
I battled them for a refund, and in the end they refunded me the phone's price, LESS THEIR SHIPPING COSTS. Essentially, they scammed me out of £25 odd!
Also, the site they tell you to use to fill in your refund claim is completely unsecure and has no way to protect your personal details. If you change the claim ID number in the URL to a random number, you can see other people's name's, addresses and phone numbers. I was very reluctant to use the site, but I wanted my money back so had no choice sadly.
Avoid this rubbish site if you can and stick to better, well-known retailers.

I was very impressed with OWM, delivery in two days and an unbeatable price. Didnt need to try their support so cant comment. Will buy again
Easy to order - they are happy to take your money
BUT - if you have a problem - BEWARE.
They have the worst customer service department I have ever encountered. It is e-mail only - they take days to respond, and then they do not respond appropriately. When you send another email asking them to qualify the last - they just stop replying altogether.
I returned a phone for an exchange to a different model - they took receipt by special delivery 2 days after they originally sent it - they told me they had refunded my credit card and to re-order another phone- BUT THEY DID NOT REFUND MY MONEY.
They are now ignoring my e-mails and I do not have my money. Is that classed as stealing/fraud?
I ignored the other (admittedly few) negative reviews I found, thinking 'it'd be ok' - BIG MISTAKE. If you have any sort of problem they will ignore you once they have your money. Dig around other reviews - see a pattern emerging?
Is it worth the risk? I am not in the habit of reviewing companies- but these guys are SO appalling, I felt compelled. Be smart, look elsewhere - or don't be surprised if your decision comes back to haunt you.
I will be contacting Trading Standards/credit card company accordingly.
Save yourselves, it's too late for me - remember me to my children!
UPDATE - They definitely lied about the refund and are witholding my money - i.e fraudulent activity.
Also forgot to mention, when my original phone arrived, all settings - time/alarms/memo's/ringtones etc were active - The phone was advertised as 'new unless stated' but I have had many new phones and this one seemed very much pre-owned with a new facia from Japan - more fraud from a bunch of ratbags!
READER BEWARE
Update; I got my money back via 'Chargeback' through my bank - try it. Look here for other reviews for a true indication:
