Ok... so, i always buy my shoes in office (shop only), but as it was out of stock everywhere appart online, decided to give it a try as i needed the shoes before Thursday as it is a present (bad idea!!!!) basically they are using "yodel" delivery company.... 3 delivery attempts, NO messages left, No parcel anywhere. called the customer service who is telling me to go to the Borehamwood service centre to collect my order. Had to fight over the phone to get them to ask "yodel delivery" to send the parcel again! Will only use ASOS now!
These people are utterly despicable, hidden charges and poor customer service.
I placed 2 orders online, several items were not suitable so I checked the invoice and it states YOU pay to return via Royal Mail, given the new RM charges this would result in a hefty charge and cost to me. But I also spotted you can drop off at a Collect+ shop locally. So I duly packaged the 2 parcels up and returned them via Collect+
Imagine my horror when I received an email to say one parcel thus far had been refunded MINUS £2.50 for using Collect + service !!! No other retailer I've ever dealt with has passed a charge on in this way. Their paperwork doesn't indicate this nor makes it clear to the unsuspecting customer. My only dismay is that I should have parceled everything into one parcel instead of 2 and therefore only incurred one £2.50 charge, as it is now I'm £5 out of pocket
I will never ever use Office again either online or in store, if they don't care for me as a customer then I certainly wont be lining their greedy pockets in the future.
Given the current economical climate and competition to them, I doubt we'll see these lot on the high street for too much longer !! .
I bought a pair of boots from Office for Christmas, when finding they do not fit I went to return them. In the shop they said I could only have an exchange or store credit. I was not happy with this so returned home and emailed customer services. They said I could return for a full refund as long as it was within 28 days. I was within 28 days when I tried to return them first but after the email response it was 30. When saying this I got another email back saying items purchased from 11th Nov could be returned up to 31st Jan. I then walked into the same store I originally tired to return the boots to, with email in hand, and they refunded without any questions!
I keep getting INTERNAL ERROR and return to the home page, but called your "so called" help line and all I got was that nobody else had any problems and it was working ok there so there can't be any problems. I've tried 2 different PCs and 2 different web browsers and get the same thing. Resetting my password doesn't help any. As a business who is supposed to be listening to your customer you're doing an absolutely terrible job. I could do better at running a business. If you really cherish your customers then you can get back in contact to fix this. If I don't hear then I know you just don't care.
I ordered 2 pair of shoes with my brother because we on this way could share the expensive shipping cost. One of the pairs was cancelled because the shoes were sold out. They told us this two days after the order had been confirmed. At this time it was to late to cancel the whole order and now we will have to pay the shipping cost twice, though it is completely offices fault. They still write on their website the stock is available, which is very bad information.
I placed an order 2 December for some boots, didn't hear anything from them after chasing the order. When I contacted them by phone they told me my order had been cancelled. This was after they had been advertising the boots on their website all of the way though from 2 December. If they were out of stock they shouldn't have advertised them and certainly shouldn't have cancelled orders without notifying customers.
Ordered size 6, got size 6.5 sent. Also one boot was damaged, and box was not sealed so probably a previous return. Where is the quality control on outgoing stock and/or returned items? This is unacceptable service.
my order had just been cancelled and i didnt even got a resent or anything. Now I wan't them to tell me why my order is cancelled, but can't get an answer to let me know whether it's a mistake or not - don't ever shop there
