What a find

Am planning to play a game involving a map and need flags though about making them
but as time is short did not relish the time it would take. Then found flag pins and at such a reasonable price job done.

Lack of Information

I ordered an offfice chair and desk for my new office. The chair arrived but they did not inform me that the desk was out of stock. Ever tried to work on just a chair? I had to chase them twice by email and twice by telephone-no one answered it was just an answering mahine.
I will not use them again.

Good efficient service

All very smooth, no problems, delivered next day as promised.

Will use again and would recommend

Pleased with quality and price of goods received, a little disappointed that full order was not in stock however it won't stop me using them again and I would recommend them.

Great prices and product choice BUT .....

I use this company alot. They have great deals and good prices. The website is fairly easy to use, providing you use the right 'key words'. Only thing that really annoys me with company is the way they send out their deliveries. Packaging is always really poor. All deliveries arrive with boxes that have broken open through not being taped up and secured properly. The poor courier dreads bringing the deliveries to us as I always have to check everything is still in the box. Even though you can see the packaging has not happened on route it was just poor from the start. Each time I have notified Office 365 of the problems I've had with deliveries but have never received a reply.

Will not be using again

Awful service. Late delivery. Missing items. Nobody answering the phone to provide further information. We will not be using this company again

Not that great

Ordered A4 packs for our conference packs of 3 (x83) and these were for enxt day delivery. Did not get them and now told they won't be avialae until 19 Apr and will be delivered on Tuesday 23 April. They better arrive by then as we need them for our conference at thend of the month.

GOOD SERVICE

VERY GOOD SERVICE BUT TOO MUCH PACKING

First port of call for office stationery - all except paper!

Office 365 can barely be beaten on price for the small things such as paper clips, staples, file dividers etc. But we did order a ream of paper once which was meant to be 100gsm, but upon arrival, it certainly didn't feel as thick as the 100gsm paper we usually buy from another supplier. To make matters worse, due to the large box packaging, the paper sleeve had torn and managed to ruin the first ten or so sheets with rips and great dirty black smudges. As this was the first time something like this had happened, we were willing to overlook it as just rotten luck, but i don't think we would order paper from office 365 again, as i said before the quality was not quite what we expected and also the price isn't much, if any, cheaper than our old supplier. Would definately reccommend this site, and if your willing to comprimise quality for a few pennys where paper is concerned, then you will have no problems!

Good all round service

I find that the customer service from 365 is extremely good, the only downside I have to say about the company is that I started getting ink cartridges from them as they were a good price now they are one of the dearest, I can get a set £30 cheaper from other suppliers

All arrived safely but one divider that had shattered in transport

Item good quality but one plastic divider had shattered in transport. On this occasion I can live without if. Prompt delivery.

Goods now arrived.

Website did not show that the item was out of stock, so paid for and not yet received.
But have now arrived as promised and please with goods. Thank you.
