Just what we expected

Ordered at 12.30 and delivered at 11pm next day. Fantastic. Just what we wanted to replace similar chair(not the same make!) which collapsed!

Very impressed with the Ergotek office chair, the online demonstration videos, helped persuade me to spend more than I would normally want to spend, but upon the flawless and swift delivery of the chair, I proceeded to assemble as per very good assembly video (it took 15 - 20 mins) the overall quality is very good and it is quite stylish and well made.

What a fantastic company.
The lady I spoke to on ordering my alpha plus office desk was very informative and knew exactly about the product ordered,she put me at ease and made me feel that everything would be dealt with right away, which it was.I asked for colour samples to be sent out and they were the next day.
The delivery driver was outstanding nothing was to much trouble.He installed the desk and worked with pride he was polite and courteous.
I would definitely recommend this firm.

I found the product to be a very good quality product at a very reasonable price. HOWEVER, I would have liked some contact from the courier company to let me know any kind of vague time that the delivery would arrive.

A well made unit for a well made man

An xcellent chair well made for the price. The only drawback from my point is the assembly instructions. As a retired feasibility engineer I view all the options and found the screws for the side cheeks could by slightly longer to ease assembly.

Superb customer service

The chair I ordered arrived in a couple of days. Unfortunately it was faulty. My e-mails about the problem were answered within the hour and excellent on-line adivce was given to try and sort things out. I did have to return the item and it was collected exactly as promised. My money was refunded with similar speed and efficiency.
I would have no hesitation in buying again from this outfit. Their customer service is exemplary.

Brilliant!

I am on maternity leave and do not have spare time for shopping. Both my husband and me are using a computer at home quite a lot and we did not have a proper chair. Apart of this my husband needed a good support for his back and arms, as he suffered from spine injury last year. This chair I found and bought in 5 minutes on internet and was delivered quick, no fuss, no problem, good quality :-)

hmm parts did not fit very well

The gas strut does not fit very well into the seat bracket,looks as though the bracket distorted when being welded.

had to file the hole out to get it to fit.



just had a reply from Office Furniture,new parts being sent,readjusted rating

parts arrived today all is well thank you very much for most spot on attentiion.
other firms take note this is how to treat customers.

After feeling a bit reluctant to use a company I didn't know much about, I'm so glad I placed my order. It arrived promptly and delivery guy was so pleasant and polite. Will definitely use again.

Not a happy bunny

This took me ages to assemble because it didn't seem as if the holes were in the right place. This makes the back very low and uncomfortable...should it be that way? You cannot lean back comfortably at all, there is absolutely no support.
I've now got to look for a headrest otherwise it's of no use to me. If you can provide me with one of those i might be able to use it.

Within minutes of placing the order I received a call to confirm when delivery will be made - the following day. There was a delay with my order due to a problem at the manufacturing end, however, Office Furniture Online were very prompt in letting me know about this and offered alternatives. I decided to wait for the product I had originally ordered and was kept up to date with delivery schedules. The item ordered arrived exactly when I was told it would and is perfect. Well worth the wait. I very much appreciated being kept informed and not being left just waiting. Excellent service but the chair is showing surface wear - less than a month old!

Can't fault the service but the product is disappointing. Looks great but the arms are scuffed already from light use.

We tend to find that the problem your describing happens when customers use the chair at a height that allows the arms to rub on the underside of their desk. If you lower the chair an inch, this should prevent this from happening again. In the meantime, i have asked our spares department to post a new set of arm pads to you so your chair will be back to new condition again.

Very prompt delivery. The chair went together without a hitch. Comfortable to sit on but it has a strong rubbery smell. Guess it will wear off in time.

Thank you for your feedback. Just for reference for others reading this review - please note that the mechanism which attaches to the underneath of the seat base on the Turin Leather Facewd Manager Chair, has an arrow on it which needs to point towards the front of the chair as indicated in the instructions and the video assembly guide. If this is attached the wrong way around, the seat will not tilt. I believe this was the issue with yourself Zayed. We're glad it is all together now, working as it should and you're happy with your new chair.

Good purchase but price deceptive

Although the chair I purchased so far I think is a good buy. I think its deceiving to display the price without the VAT because anyway you are going to pay the VAT too.
