Its been 11 days since i purchased this service to unlock Iphone 5 which was locked to T-mobile in UK but i have no idea when its gonna be unlocked! like seriously i've been even trying to access to the official website to check my order but it said it has been banned?! and i have no choice but to stay on this review page and read every single comments, now it seems like this page is the only way to get an answer from their customer service, When is it going to be unlocked?
so, i have paid for this way to unlock my friends iphone 4 locked to a swedish carrier. it has taken a couple of more days more than was said. Customer service was very poor as i have emailed them a couple of times regarding of my purchase but i never got an answer back. I have to say though that With this method the iphone 4 is officially unlocked and it worked like a charm.
But like i said the customer service was not like expected. Atleast they could answer back regarding to the matter whatsoever just out of respect.
I am sorry, I really do not like giving bad reviews but:
I had submitted an order and immediately after I made the payment, I went to check on my order status and I got the URGENT STATUS message that they COULD NOT confirm my card and there were 2 methods that I could do (such as taking a picture of my card and emailing them) so they could process it.
At the bottom of this message it stated :
"to email@example.com in order to prove you are the cardholder and to validate your order. Please note that scans will not be accepted - we need to see a photo of you holding the necessary documentation.
This is to protect both ourselves and honest customers who are targeted by card fraudsters. Thank-you for understanding. Without this, we cannot progress your order."
NOW I do very well understand English and here it clearly states : WE CANNOT PROGRESS YOUR ORDER.
That does not mean: We are still charging your card even though this message is saying we cannot because of etc.
I went to go check my bank statement, and my card had a pending charge right then and there.
I went right after to the support page and wrote to them saying I would like to get a REFUND since I was not about to go take a picture of my card with my finger or whatever this long process was, and I was confident that they would not charge me since they have posted they would not.
Hours later: the pending transaction went through and they DID charged my card.
what is that?
where is the legality in that?
It has been 2 days, I will be looking into this.
they say that they can unlock your iphone and after you make the payment they send you a kind of term and conditions telling you that your device is not unlockable,and they cannot make any refund.
Is just a trick to stell your money
Very nice, and I got all the answer that I need!
First time, I unlocked a phone from AT&T. Paid £20 - Unlocked quickly, and far quicker than the stated time of 24/48 Hours. GREAT! Nothing wrong, went smoothly.
HOWEVER, the second time, I tried to unlock a phone on Vodafone. Paid £50. By no means cheap, but I understand why those costs are what they are.
Understandably, I ordered the phone unlock on a Saturday and out of working hours. It states Mon - Fri (working hours to expect your phone unlocked.)
It also states on the website, 24 hours, and then elsewhere states allow 24-48 hours. Confusing but at this point I'm willing to wait either time.
Monday came, no acknowledgment of the order being dealt with on the 'order status' page. Okay, fine. Tuesday, nothing.
Wednesday, I received recognition that the order is being processes, and will NOW take 24-48 hours.
Thursday, I am waiting during this time for the order to be completed.
Friday the 'order status' no longer states 24-48 hours. But instead states, 'Allow 1-5 days'
By Saturday, it was unlocked. By no means a quick 24/48 service even on Monday-Tuesday!
Here's the problem. I paid £50 for a service which took LONGER than the £20 AT&T order I had placed prior. When I wished to call/ make contact with the company just to check everything was okay and that the order was being process, I couldn't. When calling the phone line, the automated voice told me that specific orders CANNOT be dealt with by operators, "due to the nature of the business". Which to me I cannot understand. So at this point I can't solve any issues directly over the phone.
Okay, I'll email/ post on their forum. There isn't one a forum. And the emails are not replied.
However, the 'order status' page DOES offer a tab for comments contact. BUT, I can't post there unless my order has taken any longer than THREE WEEKS!!!
So effectively, if you have made an order and wish to chase it for whatever reason. You can't. I was disappointed by the lack of contact.
Word of advice from a customer service expert. Apply the following to your service and customer base.
Pre-Transaction service > Transaction service > Post-Transaction service.
That means offering full customer service before I've bought a product/service as a potential customer this could seal the deal. Whilst I'm in the process of purchasing a product/service continue this level of customer service. And post- transaction, which in fairness you did achieve since you emailed me with a link to 'trustpilot' asking for my opinion of the service you received. However, they failed at the first and second part, which is why I'm writing this.
Took 4 days to receiving the unlocking code but was worth the wait. Just inserted new sim and worked straight away. No problems at all. So impressed I recommended it to several colleagues and will use again myself.
Very fast unlock. Paid 3 PM and 1 PM the day after the phone was unlocked!!
In Sweden we have to wait for the contact to end before we can unlock. Kanon snabbt och enkelt bara att följa instruktionerna. Visserligen ca 350:- kronor dyrare än om man väntar ut ABB och låset upp den men i mitt fall var det värt pengarna pga många utlandsresor.

I sent in for it and paid on a Friday. Got it done by Tuesday morning, because of they don't deliver it on weekends and the large amount of orders. I also got one for my wife's phone and without fail, I got the same fast delivery. Any of my friends who are looking for a safe, fast, and efficient phone unlock this would be the only place I would refer them to.
We received a really good and prompt service. The phone was unlocked successfully within a couple of days.
I got a brand new handset on ebay supposedly unlocked, but it was locked to Tesco. Thought I was left with no choice but to change network or sell the handset at a lower price on ebay until I found this company on the internet and within a week I was using my iPhone 5 now unlocked.
From the day I confirmed payment (it took me 2 or 3 days to do that) it took only a couple of days to receive confirmation that it was now unlocked.
What a relief, after all the stress of trying to get my money back from the seller, and after all the horror stories about fake phone unlocking websites.
Great value for money too.

Pude hacer la gestión sin mayor complicación. Es sencillo, y además te explican todo muy bien, te mantienen al tanto del status de la operación y en cuestión de 2 días, ya tienes la liberación hecha. No pasó nada con iTunes, ni con el cobro, no me robaron ni me estafaron. Se lo recomiendo a todos!
The service was as described, though I thought from reading the information it would only take 24 hours instead it took 3 days. Even so I would be happy to recommend them.
i think if your more transparent about the timeframes you bwould get less hassle!
mine ws not to bad but much longer than there intal estimate.
Purchased my unlock on May 9 2013 was told it would be a 24hr unlock. Patiently waited, was told I needed to verify myself with proof. I did that. Finally got submitted to the unlock server the following day on May 10th, but since no unlocks happen on the weekend and my iPhone didn't get submitted until Friday evening I was hopping to be unlocked by Monday. Still no unlock, emailed support and since then have been talking to Stephanie who has assured me along the way for the past 2 weeks that it will be unlocked and just to bare with them as they do not do the unlocking themselves. And today to my surprise after almost 2 weeks not including weekends my iPhone 5 64gb was unlocked and ready for use on any carrier. The 24hr unlock period first given was not fulfilled but with the support I've had in the emails gave me faith that it will be unlocked sooner or later and that my 160$ unlock with Fido will be fulfilled. In conclusion great service, great support, a bit slow but it worked. Thank you very much, and a special thanks to Stephanie.

Was a bit dubious in handing over my cash to an online unlocking company, so I did my research and found Official IPhone Unlock. I needn't have worried. A very smooth transaction. Unlocked within 48 hours. Perfect thank you
I've used these guys twice, or tried to anyway. The first time was on a 3GS locked to O2 that I got as a gift...the unlock was a little slow, but still within the specified time...worked great. The second was trying to unlock and old iPhone 2 from AT&T in the states. This SHOULD have been easy, quick and cheap, but thanks to their rubbish payment system it was none of the above. Their system requires that your card is cleared thru either VISA or MasterCard, not at all helpful if you pay with AMEX: they take the card and the money but won't unlock the phone until you jump through some set of ridiculous hoops which takes days, or weeks, to get all the required proof that you are who you say, and all for 10 quid?!?!! I went to another company in the US and got it done in HOURS, not days. IMHO use them if you must, but don't expect them to be helpful or fast.
It worked faster an better than expected, an it was cheap and easy too!
Fast, good support, legit unlock(without jailbreak), good price and definitily recomend it.

Have been trying to find way to unlock my phone for a long time. Used to use Gevey Sim, but after finding this unlock service I thought I'd give it a try as Gevey has been giving me a lot of complications and haven't been able to update my phone. I'm glad I used this service. It worked and was at a affordable price for my AT&T locked phone.
As mentioned, the time taken for my network was spot on! I would only use Official iPhone Unlock for any more unlocks on iOS in future. As this was my first unlock with them, I didn't even have time to worry about this process.
