Couldn't ask for more
I took a three year old Tag with a misaligned hour hand into the shop, expecting to be sneered at slightly given that my watch is probably worth about a tenth of their average sale. Instead I was met by a polite and friendly assistant who referred the watch to the horologist. In short, the watch was fixed on the spot in 15 minutes for a price far cheaper than quoted elsewhere with some advice on the general condition and how to ensure it doesn't happen again. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I bought a second hand audemars royal oak off shore new carbon model 6 months old for 20% less than list price they even came to me and we did the transaction in the back of their car couldn't be easier ! watch was exactly as advertised will be going back to them for sure.

Good Service.
Buying a watch was a big purchase for me. Getting the right price from a dealer I could trust was important. I looked around for 8mnths without purchasing because I didnt feel comfortable with any of the people I spoke to. The best place to buy a watch in the uk
I bought a rolex Daytona from official watches a couple of years ago and dealt with Luca,he's excellent and such a nice honest man. I sold the watch back recently to him and he gave me back really good money which even I did not expect. I want a white gold Daytona now and Luca said 'just leave it with me, and I ll get you one'. And that's what I intend to do . I wouldn't buy a watch from anywhere else now. It's true service and quality of the product selling is all that matters. And in Luca and official watches its 5 stars a++'s all day . Honestly I can't highly recommend them enough. Excellent company and top top bloke

2 phone calls and a beautiful watch was with me the next day
I had been searching for a pristine second hand GMT2 with box and papers. A search engine took me to Official Watches. The information on the watch was detailed and the price was competitive. After 2 brief phone calls the deal had been struck. The following day the package was delivered to my home. Perfectly timed delivery!
Been looking for two months for a new Panerai 005, special treat for my birthday. Was nearly giving up hope in finding the watch when I came across Dino and his crew at OfficialWatches. Noticed on their website that they actually had a second hand model (few months old) but described "as new". I decided to take a chance, even though I was dubious about their claim that I would receive the watch the next day. Basically, bought the watch at 2.30 pm on the Monday and the following morning it was on my wrist. Exactly as described, immaculate time piece. Thoroughly recommended retailer. Buy with confidence.

Prompt, Courteous, Honest and Truthful
Bought a watch that I saw on line whilst visiting family in Tokyo. It was a bit of a leap of faith as I would not get to see the watch until I returned to UK some weeks later, however the goods were exactly as described ie mint condition, service was at all times prompt and courteous whether by email or on the telephone. Official Watches agreed to allow me to return the goods if I was not satisfied, although the legal time limit for them to do so would have expired. The watch was everything and more that I had hoped for, and I thoroughly recommend Official Watches.
