Ok OBE: The Order of Buying Excellence
We are all VIPs (Very Important Purchasers), but some suppliers’ standards slip. Okobe seem more efficient and go well beyond OK.
I bought a Canon scanner from Okobe UK: price, delivery & customer service were nearest to perfect.
Next I needed a 16mp 8xZoom camera. Again, Okobe proved hottest on value & performance. Even the delivery man oozed quality.
Okobe claim to offer over 40,000 products, aimed at lowest market price; all with full manufacturer warranty. On-line purchasing is defined as secure & in my experience, customer service is brilliant. You even have 30 days grace for a refund if you need.

10% cheaper than Amazon
I bought an Acer M3 laptop from them. Electronics in the UK are much more pricey than their US versions but on this product okobe.co.uk had a really good deal and I felt I was paying the right amount for my new laptop. It arrived quickly.

Prompt delivery, easy to deal with
Very good price for the product I ordered (a scanner), delivered promptly, no problems whatsoever. For some reason I didn't get an email confirming my order, so not sure what would have happened if problems *had* arisen, but I did get a despatch email and the goods arrived when expected.

Product, communication and delivery were all perfect.
Bought a Western Digital harddisk. This was the lowest available price online in the UK (bar a couple of sellers I wasn't ready to trust). I have no previous experience with Okobe, but found good reviews on various websites.
The website is efficient for finding the required products, and check-out is very smooth. Automatic emails duly arrived confirming receipt of order and dispatch. The harddisk arrived within two days, well packed.
So, all in all a very positive experience.

EXCELLENT SERVICE
Ordered my new Microsoft Sculpt Touch mouse Wednesday afternoon and received order confirmation almost straight away. Dispatch email was sent Thursday, and the product was delivered safely on Friday. Can't fault the service in any way, everything was smooth and easy from ordering to delivery.

Was the offer to good to be true
I had been looking for an iPad case with keyboard and after a lot of research decided the Kensington Keyfolio Expert was the case for me. After a quick google search a good deal showed up on the Okobe site, cheaper than anywhere else, so naturally I wondered what the catch was. I took a leap of faith and ordered from Okobe, ordered it at Lunchtime on Thursday and item was delivered just after lunch on the Friday!! Very very impressed with service and would recommend and use again!!! Only feedback is they need to use their twitter account more ha ha!!

really grate service
really grate service, they keep you well updated on the progress of the delivery although they got it to me so fast it was almost unnecessary to do so. The product was well packaged, no amount of shaking was going to damage that hard drive. The Currier was very cheerful and so was I since the box contained a component for my first gaming PC build :D.

Fantastic, extremely helpful and very friendly!
I ordered a Gigabyte GTX670 late on a wednesday evening, choosing 'standard delivery', which said to take 2-4 working days (not including Saturdays, as couriers are used i suppose.) They said i would get a confirmation email when my item was dispatched, and after waiting until monday afternoon with no email i decided to contact Okobe, just to check if my order had been dispatched and if it would arrive on time.
I got a reply within 5 minutes, which i was not expecting at all! Said email was on very friendly terms, answered all my questions and stated that my item was ready to dispatch and would indeed arrive the following day. After emailing my thanks and believing that to be the end of my communication, i got a reply wishing me a pleasant evening and thanking me for my custom!
The item arrived by 8am the next day via parcel force, well wrapped and secure. I am extremely happy with the item, the service and the price (which was nearly the cheapest on the internet, but came from a reputable company so i thought it was worth the extra £'s)
I would recommend this company to anyone, and shall definately be using them again myself!

Great communication, stress free transaction
My first order was a 27" monitor, placed at 5.30pm on Wednesday, I had a quick question on the Thursday which I emailed them about and they replied within the hour answering everything I asked.
Item arrived on the Friday after lunch and is just what I was after, would recommend them to anyone.

brilliant internet mail order company
i found okobe via a search engine,and im so glad i did as they have loads of items on there fantastic web site.i sent an e mail asking about an item and i had a reply within an hour.so i ordered a modem router on the tuesday morning,and it was delivered the same week on friday morning,trully outstanding service.what makes this so good is that i live in the channel islands,okobe use dhl express service,and at great value price as well.okobe.co.uk, fantastic web site,fatastic e mail support,fantastic delivery service.5 golden stars

Great price great service.
My first use of Okobe to buy a Devolo 1839 dLAN 200 AV Wireless N Starter Kit+ - Bridge - 802.11b/g/n. When the price is really keen you worry that the service won't match but I need not have. I will definitely check their site first the next time I'm buying tech.

seamless experience, delivered as promised - great!
I ordered an mSATA HDD from their website on the Wednesday and took the express delivery option for delivery within 1-2 working days - I needed the item by the weekend so was keen to follow the progress of the order.
The good -
- delivery charges are fair.
- delivered on the Friday and tracking once despatched was available.
The room for improvement
- The only area I'd like to see improved is the 'order status' having a clearer indication of where the order is at. What I mean by this is that up to the point of despatch the order is simply termed 'open' and there is no way of knowing how soon despatch is going to happen. Why this important? Because despatch wasn't recorded until late Thursday evening and until that point I had no way of knowing if I was going to get my item by the Friday. Other websites (including one of the best I know with respect to keeping you informed) have a number of order stages, from ordered; being picked; ready for despatch; despatched.
Otherwise, very pleased and would use these guys again.

Great Communication, Service, Delivery & Price
Highly recommend Okobe, I bought a Linksys EA4500 router on Wednesday afternoon via express delivery as their price was most competitive using express delivery. I received the parcel Thursday morning, I was even given a tracking number circa midnight via email to let me know the package had been dispatched just a few hours after purchase. I was expecting to receive the package on Friday, but I'm not complaining.

Fantastic VFM [Radeon 6950]
Just bought the AMD Radeon 6650 with express delivery. Cannot fault their value for money. Shoppped around for a while and they came out near best for price and review ratings were great. Paid in 5mins, delivered in two days.
Only one improvement point; there's no paypal or google checkout for more trusted shopping.

Slight delay in dispatch - but all was resolved
Found my Wacom Bamboo CTH-470K-EN Graphics Tablet through Google shopping search, and was pleasantly surprised by the low price. I made an order and received an email saying I would receive confirmation when it had been shipped. I was expecting it to arrive within 4-5 days, however after a week it still hadn't arrived so I sent an email to find out what was going on.
They were very helpful and put the tablet on a next day delivery which arrived the following morning. Glad that the order was put right quickly and it was a very good deal for a good product. Thanks.

Communication and dispatch issues
Received order confirmation email and was told I would recieve another upon dispatch. The email informing me that my order was on it's way didn't arrive until after I'd received the item and there seems to have been some delay sending my item out. Ordered on the Monday, didn't get my delivery until the following Monday, even with 2nd class it shouldn't take that long. Otherwise decent service and prompt response from customer service.

Good Customer service
Bought Buffalo NAS drive from okobe and received it on Saturday through special deivery on request. The drive has some technical issues which I'm dealing with the vendor technical support but happy to deal with Okobe. They offered me the best price.

Exactly as expected
I bought a Seagate Hybrid Drive from Okobe, and I have absolutely no complaints at all. The price was keen, the delivery was on time, and the online support even managed to correct a typo I had made in the delivery address. I would have no hesitation in using them again.

Utterly incompetent
Ordered a DVD of software in November, and still haven't received it. Customer service was practically non-existent, and I've been repeatedly told that they will sort the issues out, and have sent the item, but I've not had a single shred of evidence that they've done this.
Absolutely would not recommend to anyone.
