Much improved Customer Service!

After a bad experience with this company i was reluctant to use again, however after the owner emailed me herself with her apologies and offering a goodwill gesture and assurances the operative who i dealt with is no longer working in customer services, i have had my faith restored in this company. My previous dealing was obviously a blip and after using them prior to that with no issues i was more than happy to use again.
I have ordered items from them and after looking at the site there are plenty more things i will be ordering in the next few weeks! Am very happy with the service offered and will be recommending to friends!

Love omg fashion! delivery is very quick and Items are perfect fit and wash well! never had a problem but had a question to ask them and they responded very quick unlike other online stores! will be buying again from them and have told friends about this site!

I have been shopping with omg fashion for nearly a year now and i am very very impressed with this companies service and items.
The customer service team are great with responding to any queries i may have via email and are always extremely polite and helpful. Delivery for me has always been quick and their returns process is made simple and stress free!
For a relatively new site omg fashion's overall service is beyond that of many other companies i have shopped online with. I will definitely continue to purchase from omg fashion in the future, Highly recommend.

Excellent Clothing, Excellent Service, Excellent Prices

My girlfriend loves the items off OMG. great fit, great quality and a very cheap price. Also amazing communication towards me letting me know everything i needed to. Package came within 2 days very quick delivery.
Amazing website recommended to anyone.

Worst Customer Service ever received in my life!!

I returned a top for a refund after it's sharp sequins on the collar marked and irritated my daughter's neck when she'd tried it on. Asked for a refund but informed it was just over the returns time limit. Was told if I paid postage I could have it back. I asked for it to be returned as it is my property but they have not done so.
This was over a week ago and despite many many emails they will not reply which is simply rude and terrible customer service.
I note they do not have a contact number or give customers an oportunity to leave a review - very convenient!!

Awful service! Will never shop here again!

I ordered a dress to wear for my birthday back in November and I got the confirmation through to confirm my order. Two days later got an email to say it had been dispatched.
However 5 days after that, they emailed to tell me the item had been discontinued. They had taken my money and clearly lied about it being dispatched.
I emailed someone to complain and all she didn't even apologise. I had to ask for my refund back. She told me the refund was going through, but two weeks later I asked again and she said it will go through tomorrow.
The staff don't know how to deal with complaints, customer service is awful!

Great shopping experience

OMG Fashion is one of my favourite shopping sites. Each time they provided great service, delivered my orders on time and their clothes are good quality.

Ok...

I used to love this site but not now found somewhere else to shop they got my order completely mixed up it didn't come till 4 weeks later and when it did it was the complete wrong clothes. Then I won a competetion for something and they never even sent my item out.
Apart from that the clothes are lovely
