The first person I spoke to at one click informed me that the product I was enquiring about was in stock which led me to place the order and money to be taken out of my account, however following futher telephone conversations regarding potential delivery times I found out that the product wasn't available and had to be ordered in. This led to some concerns as it was a christmas present for my daughter. However I need to say that all stops were pulled out and the order was delivered before christmas. As the price was very competitive I would be tempted to order from this company again.
Good - Very competitive on pricing. Bad - Told there would be a delay in the delivery time of a few days, because the item was not in stock, so i patiently waited for over a week. They never sent any further communication and i had to contact them in the end. Ugly - overall the service was not good until i communicated with them.
They sorted it in the end and then the delivery was sent.
I didn't give a ten as item was delivered to the wrong address with my first order even though I emailed twice with the correct address. I have ordered again since and all fine and I will order again in the future as they have great products and prices.
We purchase this product for our dog on a private prescription from the vet. There are none of the problems that other companies seem to put in the way because it is not for human use and it was delivered within 2 days of ordering. I found this company very helpful. The vet had written the wrong prescription by mistake so they returned it to me to get it changed and sent out the Advocate as soon as they received the correct prescription.
Although it was about £7 for the prescription from the vet, it was still cheaper to buy the Advocate on-line.
my products arrived extremely late - about month after i ordered them and in separate batches - despite being 'in stock' at the time of the order and despite the estimated delivery date. some of the items were similar to, but not exactly what i ordered - while a breach of service, i would not mind so much if this had been the only problem. a heater i ordered also arrived with a significant crack. returning the product was however hindered by a mis-printed return slip that had the return address printed on the reverse side of a sticker label. while customer service had up till then been relatively prompt with their replies, a request for another return slip was simply ignored. absolutely horrible experience overall - never going back.
Claim that they do price matching, when i requested this, i was given a host of reasons why it couldn't be done. After convincing the manager he personally took my order and processed credit card payment. Was rather surprised couple of hours later when my money was inexplicably refunded. After calling to enquire was informed that they couldn't get supply DESPITE the fact that when i tried to order the item on their website at the usual price it went through. A total farce! Wouldn't rely on this company.
