They have gone bust. Their website has been down since mid december, they do not answer the phone or email anymore. the link to them on this page doesn't even work!
I found this company very helpful. The vet had written the wrong prescription by mistake so they returned it to me to get it changed and sent out the Advocate as soon as they received the correct prescription.
Although it was about £7 for the prescription from the vet, it was still cheaper to buy the Advocate on-line.
my products arrived extremely late - about month after i ordered them and in separate batches - despite being 'in stock' at the time of the order and despite the estimated delivery date. some of the items were similar to, but not exactly what i ordered - while a breach of service, i would not mind so much if this had been the only problem. a heater i ordered also arrived with a significant crack. returning the product was however hindered by a mis-printed return slip that had the return address printed on the reverse side of a sticker label. while customer service had up till then been relatively prompt with their replies, a request for another return slip was simply ignored.
absolutely horrible experience overall - never going back.
Claim that they do price matching, when i requested this, i was given a host of reasons why it couldn't be done. After convincing the manager he personally took my order and processed credit card payment. Was rather surprised couple of hours later when my money was inexplicably refunded. After calling to enquire was informed that they couldn't get supply DESPITE the fact that when i tried to order the item on their website at the usual price it went through. A total farce! Wouldn't rely on this company.
One item I particularly wanted was missing but I wasn't informed that this would be the case. So having waited quite a long time for the delivery - about a week - when it arrived the one thing I really wanted wasn't in it. No explanation - just a refund. If I had known I would n ot have placed the order. I will never order again.
After placing two large orders in the past, which took a rather long time to arrive, but were fulfilled, I placed an order on the 29th November, which still hasn't arrived. After finding the web site had disappeared and reading others' experiences here, I contacted my credit card company to have the money refunded, which they have kindly agreed to do, even though I spent less than £100 (thank you M&S!). Now I see the web site is back up. The tracking information for my order shows that is was dispatched and is currently in the hands of my local post office, however, there is no date given for the transfer to the postal service, so I think this could be considered rather dubious.
I'm giving them one last chance by emailing their complaints department (available in the Contact Us section of oneclickpharmacy.co.uk) and asking them for the Royal Mail tracking number. If I get no response in the next 12 hours I will go ahead and fill in the credit card company forms to claim my refund.
Placed an order in October, have heard nothing, thought it might have taken a while with xmas etc. but emailed heaps of times, no reply. Phoned lady yesterday and she said they would email me. Nothing. Now I read all this sh1t about them. Never thought the good old Brits would do this. Shame.......
I bought goods from this company at the beginning of December. They did not arrive.
I have since spoken to one of the companies/suppliers used by One Click, from whom I have received goods in the past. They told me that the company has "gone bankrupt".
They are also owed money by "one Click" who never paid them for goods supplied for some time. I paid by debit card so have no comeback other than to contact the administrator or receiver when one is appointed. It was not a massive amount - £46 -
but still an infuriating amount of money to lose. I have registered my name at
Companies House and the British Pharmaceutical Association, but I am resigned to writing the money off as I am sure there are a large number of creditors with much
bigger claims than mine
Order placed Dec 2nd, no sign of it even though payment taken. No answer on email or phone.
Ordered goods on 6/12 they took my £20.01 immediately from my bank account, since then I have never received my goods. Sent them so many emails Ive lost count and phoned and held on as long as I could until I gave up, in desperation sent them a letter as of today, no response or goods. This must be a scam? Can anyone please advise of what to do next?
Ordered in Nov 2012 and still no deliver of goods by the end of December 2012. Sent several emails to various email depts, phone for several days at left on hold for over 4 hrs each time, but still not been able to speak to any human. Emailed Paypal and they did not answer Paypal emails, so filed a claim for the cost of goods. They did not reply, so got money back through Paypal. Paypal were brillant. It is a same this company has such poor service and I think they are taking customers money and have no intentions of sending the goos. Avoid at all cost!! Do not use this company!!!
I ordered some goods from this site in early December - I had to buy a 'job lot', costing £41, but as they said it was in stock, I fell for it...Since then - nothing. I have sent loads of emails, with no reply or delivery. I am now going to go through the small claims court ...
Mini update - I have now put in a claim through Money Claim Online - it cost me £25, but I feel strongly that a point needs to be made, and this company stopped from ripping people off!
