I paid for my order on 15/11, I've now been waiting for delivery for over a month, I've sent several chasing emails over the past 3 weeks and had several LAME replies from OneClick stating that they themselves are awaiting delivery, although the items were (and still are) showing as 'in stock at depot' when I placed my order. In the last email reply received on 06/12, OneClick stated that part of my order would be dispatched that day and a refund could be issued for the remaining items (OneClick online tracking also shows status of part order dispatched on 06/12) I replied stating I'd request a refund if my order was still not received by the following week as I really needed the items I ordered !! I emailed yet again on 13/12 as I hadn't received the items that were supposedly dispatched on 06/12 and no further update regarding delivery of the rest of my order, so I requested the refund. I'd been receiving responses to my emails the same or next day, but needless to say I've not yet had any response to my email and refund request sent on 13/12 to: firstname.lastname@example.org, email@example.com, firstname.lastname@example.org - so I've filed a dispute direct with Paypal, I'll be escalating it asap. I've never had to wait so long for ANY internet order in the 10 years that I've been shopping online. TIMEWASTERS - POSSIBLE SCAM OR BANKRUPT ?! DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE BUY FROM THEM. GO SEARCH WEB FOR 'ONECLICK REFUND' AND READ THE COUNTLESS COMPLAINTS. (Edit: To add insult to injury, after posting this review I received a blank 'happy birthday' email from the one and only OneCRAP ~ they sure know how to keep their customers happy.)
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - IT LOOKS LIKE A SCAM, OR HAVE THEY GONE UNDER? NOT SURE. THE GOODS I ORDERED OVER A COUPLE OF WEEKS AGO HAVEN'T ARRIVED AND THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO ANY EMAILS OR PHONE CALLS. I HAVE OPENED A DISPUTE WITH PAYPAL.
Ordered a new bed for my cat on 28/11/2012, after a week I checked the website order tracking to find my item hasn't been dispatched, checked the website to see that the item is in stock, so sent an email enquiring as to where my item was?
The next day I received an email back to say the item is due in stock in the next 1-4 days and will be sent straight away. Another week on, still no item has arrived, but is still showing as in stock on the website! I've sent two more emails since with no response. It's now three weeks since I ordered the item and it still hasn't arrived. Nobody is answering on the phone or on the online 'help' system! Beginning to think they must have gone bust.
I have opened a dispute on paypal and want to try and get my money back. Will not be using again!!

I ordered an item on the 5th December (13 days ago), at the time and even today, the item is showing as "in stock".
Like others, I've still had no sight of my order, despite their stated expectation to ship within 24 hours (and apparently notify you if it's going to take any longer, which hasn't happened). On my account the order has shown as "awaiting picking" since the order was placed.
I have contacted them via email 3 times. According to their website they aim to respond within 12 hours. Well, my first email was sent on the 10th (8 days ago) and last time was 2 days ago. Still no response.
I managed to find a phone number in the small print on the website but am currently on hold and doubt I will get through to anyone, I'm probably just throwing more money and time down the toilet!
The lack of any communication is ridiculous, is the warehouse manned by machines? Does anyone actually work at this place?
I would not shop here again and would NOT recommend you use this site!

ordered items on internet no problems there, paid for items, no problem but at no point did they say that some of my order was out of stock, if at some point before placing my order this was mentioned I would not have placed my order, as items needed for fish tank. I had to e-mail them to find where my order was and when I could expect it. It eventually arrived a month after I had ordered them.
My order was placed on 28.11.12 and payment taken from my card. After a few days of not hearing I emailed asking when I might expect to receive my order and I received a reply very quickly to say it was out of stock and offering me a refund. I emailed back asking when the stock was expected and was then told it was it was now in stock and had been despatched (so I didn't ask for refund - damn it)!
I waited and waited and on checking the tracking id, saw that my item was apparently in my home town where it has been sat ever since. Despite several emails and unsuccesful telephone calls there has been no response from the company. I have just contacted my card provider and they have told me that if I have still not received the item by 28.12.12 they can try to get me a refund. Sadly, the item I ordered was a birthday gift, and the the birthday was last Friday so it looks like I will have to fork out for another present. I wonder if they really did win a LTSB Enterprise award this year - if they did, LTSB clearly didn't look at the accounts!
Terrible company. I realised a few days ago that I was probably unlikely to receive my order so I asked them to cancel. I have tried to contact them numerous times by email and phone and had ZERO response. They have my money, I have NO PRODUCT!
I wish I had read the reviews here first. WARNING: Avoid any of the One Click websites like the plague (OneClickPharmacy, Tools, Toys, Secrets etc.). I believe its either a scam, or they've gone out of business. Take a look at the product reviews - they are written in poor english with grammatical errors and therefore questionable. I am allowing them the 30 day performance period (under the 'Consumer Protection' (Distance Selling) Regs 2000), after which I will make a formal written request for a refund, followed by a complaint to Cambridgeshire Trading Standards, the ASA, and if appropriate, ActionFraud. I suggest everyone else who has suffered difficulties with One Click Ventures Ltd does the same.

Good product / as described, attractively priced and offer codes received for future orders. However, the order confirmation email on 11/11/12 said 'We aim to process and despatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving them' but it wasn't until 16/11/12 that I had a notification saying the order had actually been dispatched. I then received it a few days later. It wasn't urgent so no harm done but I certainly wasn't expecting to wait a week for my goods.
I recently placed an order on 30th November - some 16 days ago. A notification email regarding my order was received.
To date, nothing has arrived and all mechanisms of chasing this order up (email to support) have been ignored.
Total waste of time - I for one will never use this place again and I suggest likewise from others.
I only purchase 3 packs of nanny bags for my little baby. The product was ok, but i was awaiting too long for my delivery. I live in Greece, i order the product 18/11 and i received after 2 weeks. Nevertheless, i would buy again from the store, as i believe that this delay was due to the fact that the product was out of stock, as they claimed and also, the goods are cheaper than Greece and it is worth buying from onecleckpharmacy :-)
I ordered my item 13 days ago, they have taken my money, yet I have received nothing and have not had an email confirming my item has been dispatched. I have sent them several emails and I have not bothered to respond to me despite their webistie stating they will respond within 12 hours.
AVOID THIS COMPANY THEY WILL QUITE HAPPILY TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT WILL NOT SEND YOU THE GOODS!!!

Ordered goods 10 days ago using PayPal, over £35 so qualified for free delivery. Got a response within a couple of hours asking for an additional £7 for delivery. I immediately responded asking for a refund as I was not willing to pay this.
Despite several emails & SPENDING OVER 3 HRS ATTEMPTING TO GET THROUGH ON THE PHONE they have not responded. I have now had to make a claim from PayPal, but won't get money back from them until near end of December at the earliest.
I am going to make a complaint to Trading Standards, and the Advertising Standards Authority (about false claims on their Web Site stating emails answered within 12 Hrs, Ha Ha).
I ordered for a product on Tuesday the 4th December 2012 and am yet to receive the item. Is one click pharmacy a scam or what?
Ordered on 16 Nov and when checked with them they managed to send one of the seven bottles ordered with the others marked to follow.
Since then I have been unable to get a response from ANY department, or indeed managed to get them to answer the phone (it costs me extra to dial an 0844 number so can not afford to continue racking up phone bills whilst I am kept hanging on for 5 or 10 minutes to no avail!)
Just experimented on their web site and it says my item is "In Stock", however the on line payment basket does not work at all, even with other products the order page will not load (HAS THE ORDER SYSTEM BEEN TAKEN DOWN FROM THE WEB SITE?).
I AM NOW WONDERING IF THEY HAVE ACTUALLY GONE OUT OF BUSINESS?
I ordered an item from this disaster company 10 days ago to get my item delivered 1st class and until now not received anything from them. The most annoying thing is they never answer your calls or emails,called and waited for hours and sent maybe 20 emails to all department and not even got any repone. This is the first time happens in my life that i'm stuck and dont know what to do. i'm soo angry and will never ever use this oneclickpharmacy, I dont know how this company sells medicines

Ordered and paid for products 3 weeks ago, when asking 2 weeks ago where they were I was sent an email saying that they would be with me shortly, since then I have sent 3 emails, one being to the "complaints" department, I have had no response and am still none the wiser to when I will be receiving my delivery. I will never ever use this site or company again.
Ordered an item for my dog in Novmber. They took payment via PayPal straight away. I had not received the item 10 days later. I sent an email and received a reply advising the item was out of stock and should be arriving shortly. A week later I had not heard anything and sent another email requesting that I cancel the order and asked for a refund. Since then I have not received any further contact! I have sent 3 further emails made numerous calls waiting on hold for over an hour at a time with still no answer other than "sorry for the delay all of our operators are currently busy please hold the line and we will answer your call as soon as possible"! Really? Worst online company that I have dealt with. I will now have to raise a dispute via PayPal. Cheap price cheaper service!!!
We have been unable to find Johnsons Foaming Handwash (for children) for months so after a google search I stumbled upon OCP. Other sites listed the product but with no stock.
I ordered several to keep some in reserve and I didn't have to wait too long for delivery (can't remember how long it took but didn't need to chase the order).
Shocked to see so many bad reviews for this company. Placed my first order without having seen the reviews and got precisely what I ordered in good time and at the best price I have EVER paid. If I was just lucky, it's the first time ever but I will repeat my order in three months and hope for the same luck.
Ordered some crutches, the website clearly stated FREE delivery on orders over £35 i think it was and in the UK .... crutches were nearly £40 and im definately in the UK. Order wnt thru then few days later received an email saying they were having to charge me for carriage as the goods were over the size allowance on delivery. I went spare , cheeky gits!! Told em to cancel my order , refund me and i would contact Trading Standards . Heard nothing for couple of days ( i even complained on the site an no reply ) then got an email saying they would let it go this time ... cheeky b******s!! Couldnt believe their cheek! Received my crutches .. would have proper kicked off had i not needed them! disgusting service , even worse they wanted feedback lol. Will never use them again , even tho theyve offered me free delivery next time lol CRAP!
I ordered supplements for my dog..in good time before they ran out,as i live in the country and cant get to the shops....they have well ran out now!!! no answer to my numerous emails..tried there online help service...thats a joke...and as for tying to get an answer on the phone...am i sick of hearing ' I'm sorry ' etc.... will just have to order them from elsewhere and take the financial hit....lesson learned..NEVER USE THIS COMPANY... I just wish i had read these reviews first..
Ordered two items from this company but only one was delivered. Contacted oneclickpharmacy who replied within 24 hours and said they would send missing item as a priority (26th nov). Today's date is the 12th dec and i am still waiting on delivery!!!
After ordering and paying for a product which was shown as in stock on the website, I waited over 2 weeks with no product! I emailed the company and was told the product was in "high demand" and had run out. A perfume from 1932 with the smell only a mother would wear? (I once sprayed it on my brothers pillow as a prank, it was a good one). I waited a further few weeks before finally receiving my product. It was for a birthday present, turned out to be a very belated birthday gift after all.
I recently ordered some bird food, spending over £35 to qualify for free delivery. I then received an email asking for a further £14, as the items were not covered by the free delivery offer. I had to search in terms and conditions for this caveat: it really should appear on the home page.
I have made two failed attempts to get through to an advisor, calls lasting 15 minutes and three hours respectively, I realise that in early December staff may be stretched but I just do not believe the recorded message, "all our other operators are busy . . please hold."
I ordered 5 6 foot batten lamps. Nothing happened within the first 24 hours, the items were only shipped after I had chased the order; coincidence? The order was passed to UPS for shipment - BAD DECISION. The items had been well packed and labelled (Fragile) by OneClick but UPS had covered all this good work with black tape so that their label would be more easily visible. The result was that when the items arrived 2 were useable, two I could fix and one was beyond repair. The good news is that once I reported this to OneClick I was immediately reimbursed for I item. So on balance 7 out of 10 for OneClick 0 out of 10 for UPS.
I placed a order online and was waiting several days for my medication. Received an email that my order was cancelled. no reason given. when I called up was told the bottles were too heavy to ship? the order was cancelled but no refund issued. had to chase for refund and am assured today will receive in 3-5 days, fifteen days after placing order. wasted more than an hour of my time
I didn't receive any instructions with my goods. I have phoned and e-mailed numerous times but there is no response. Do not use this company at any price. There is no customer service they just ignore you completely. They are a waste of our money.
