I ordered some goods from this site in early December - I had to buy a 'job lot', costing £41, but as they said it was in stock, I fell for it...Since then - nothing. I have sent loads of emails, with no reply or delivery. I am now going to go through the small claims court ...
Mini update - I have now put in a claim through Money Claim Online - it cost me £25, but I feel strongly that a point needs to be made, and this company stopped from ripping people off!
I ordered a product on the 4th of December for delivery within 4 days- 21st item was still not shipped. I called and line was constantly busy- I held for over 45 minutes. Emails bounced back. I called my bank in the end and disputed my payment. They gave me my money back- I suggest if you have ordered to do the same.
I placed an order in November, had one e-mail reply to an update request from me which said "out of stock, waiting for delivery and since then no reply to e-mails, and sent an e-mail today and it has come back as "unable to deliver"! Luckily it was only an order for just over £3 but if enough people place small orders it soon mounts up.
Ordered before and no trouble . So ordered £50 worth of goods over a month ago and money took out of my account immediately . Still no sign of goods . E-mails unable to be delivered as recipient not found . Phone calls not answered . I have been ripped off . Do not use this company
Just like many others, I ordered from the website, paid and received confirmation of order, money was taken from my bank and then NOTHING!!!! :-( I've emailed and phoned but now they have disappeared completely!! I have reported them to watchdog and opened a case on paypal. Scumbags!!!
The price of the flaxmeal is excellent, the cheapest I have found for some while. However, the delivery times are poor. It takes a while for them to get to the order and then for it to come. They seem to cover a huge product range and this must slow the process.
I ordered two products and was then automatically refunded for PART (not all) of my money with no reason why. Nothing arrived in the post and I have no explanation from the seller despite emailing 4 times and trying to call 5 times.
Do not use this seller. It's a money scam.
Used Oneclickpharmacy once a while ago and all seemed ok. This time I placed an order in November, had one e-mail reply to an update request from me which said "out of stock, hope to have it by the end of the week" and since then no reply to e-mails, usual "held in a queue" when I tried to phone, and today(22/12/12) my e-mails have come back as "unable to deliver"! I cannot access the website either today, so there does appear to be something seriously wrong.
We all like to think we take care when we shop on the internet, but when seemingly established companies take the money and don't deliver the goods..............!!
ordered some goods for my bros Christmas present. Supposed to be delivered on the 5th, still nothing. Support email on the confirmation email is a fake.
Then i saw this site. I won't be holding my breath for the goods. Let's face it, they probably don't even have a bottle of aspirin.
As with the many disgruntled customers on here I paid for goods on 27/11/2012 and I am still waiting for my goods or a refund. I did get a reply from my e-mail to them claiming goods were out of stock and I could either wait or get my money back. I then sent another e-mail requesting a full refund and as yet they have not replied. There telephone numbers DO NOT work, I spent 32 mins on hold on one number and as said before the other number they let ring and then hang up on you. My money has obviously been stolen and I would like to prevent others the loss of their hard earned pennnies. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!
Ordered 02/12/12 money taken 03/12/12 no goods received. Can not reach them by e:mail, get no response on live chat. There phone number is turned on and off and charged at premium rate so DON'T call them as they make money from this too. Have spoken with Amazon to get them to remove them from their site and to advise that the review rating is inaccurate. I am contacting Watchdog and Trading Standards. And will pursue this to the end. It's not the money it's the principle!!!
I placed an order on the 18th November, I'm STILL waiting now and it's the 21st December. Tried calling, but there is simply no answer, tried emailing but all my messages bounce back to me. Their website is now gone, I'm going through the process of getting a refund. Luckily I paid with PayPal so I hope my escalation leads to a refund from PayPal as I simply cannot get in touch with this disgusting bunch of scam artists!! :-(

I purchased end of Nov & received e-mail to say it had been despatched on the 4th Dec.....still waiting...have emailed more than 6 times, NO REPLY!!!! I am hoping that as I paid via paypal I am able to get my money back??? I now see the website is down..these people are scum!!!!! I hope they have a SHITE Christmas!!!!!
If Trustpilot is committed to ensuring better online shopping experiences for everyone then they should seriously consider reducing the ranking of this company NOW!!!
They have scammed eveyone just before christmas at the peak time. The owners want putting away for a few years.

I purchased a small item last month from them, excellent delivery and service, no problem. Now after spending more money and having no success with receipt of the product, or getting a response after 2 emails, I am now escalating my claim through paypal. Company website as of tonight is unavailable. Very upsetting.
Have been scammed. Ordered two items from this company on 29/11/12 which were said to be in stock. Had email from them on 6/12/12 to says items dispatched and nothing since. Followed the tracking link which said items in my home town 11/12/12 and nothing since. Unable to find phone number on website and no reply to my emails. Smelling a rat, I googled oneclickpharmacy this afternoon and found this site with so many similar stories confirming my worst suspicions..............AVOID,AVOID,AVOID! They are at best a bankrupt company and, at worst, complete scam artists
I ordered stuff on 5th Dec, cannot get through to this company, they took my money. You can arrange a chargeback through your bank for this. Mobile no. for this guy is [personal information]. Dodgy as hell. CAB advised to send request for money to be refunded recorded delivery but don't hold out much hope. They take your money quickly but never send your goods their number rings forever and no one answers they claim items in stock then when you email they say out of stock will send in a few days end of story nothing comes Visa very helpful and police
I had used oneclickpharmacy for 18 months and had been very pleased - until a couple of weeks ago when I could see from my online account that my order was stuck in their warehouse. When I tried a dozen times to contact them, unsuccessfully, by phone, email and Live Chat on their website I smelt a rat. This is what a failing company looks like. Shame really but perhaps no surprise. If they are competing on price then if their offerings look too good to be true perhaps that's exactly what they are... I would recommend avoiding this company until some new positive feedback appears on this site.
I placed my order on 21st Nov 2012, they take payment on the 22nd Nov. After two weeks I still hadn't received my dispatch notification so I emailed them. They very quickly responded saying that one of items hadn't yet come into the warehouse but as soon as it did they would dispatch my order. I was also offered the option of having part of my order dispatched straight away while they were waiting for the other item, but as its hard to get hold of any parcels when I'm not in to receive them I opted to wait until my order was complete (How I wish I hadn't now). A week later I was still waiting, and so commenced the continous emailing, making phone calls and trying to use their live chat system. When I didn't get any replies or have my calls answered a quick google bought me here where many people were sharing their experiences which were much the same as mine. My order totalled over £35, and seeing as these were Christmas presents I've since had to fork this out again to replace the ones I haven't received. As I had paid via debit card I thought my money was lost and that was that.
Then I read about the Visa Debit Chargeback scheme. I have just come off the phone from my bank (HSBC) who were extremely helpful, and have informed me that my transaction is covered and I will receive a refund in the next 48-72 hours. They will also start up a dispute against the company for A) advertising that my items were in stock when they weren't, B) not keeping their end of the contract, & C) not informing waiting customers that they had gone out of business.
So unless by some miracle the items turn up I get my money back (if the company prove I have the items, which I obviously don't, they will take the money back out of my account) - although I wouldn't hold my breath on that one.

Has the company gone bust. I am still waiting for an order placed weeks ago. I have tried to contact and emailed but no response. Now I see the website is completely down. I am worried as I paid by debit card through the 'sagepay' on their website - will I get my money back?
Can anyone shed any light on what is happening.
On Saturday 3rd December i spent £78.01 on three items from oneclickpharmacy however the website claimed that all products were in stock. Checked my account on there web site and it showed only 1 item was in stock. I emailed for a refund on the 2 O/S items which was done that (i was happy). But 11 days later and still no giftset for xmas. Pissed off is the word i am thinking of. Tried ringing the customer service department and no answer after 20mins of being on hold. Also emailed the director no reply, even there LIVE ONLINE customer sevice is a load of SHITE!!!! Hope the company has a shit christmas!
Same as most in earlier posts...ordered wine on 8th November - paid by PayPal. I've had 2 emails saying still awaiting stock and then nothing, emails not answered, telephones not answered. Following advice from CAB I sent a recorded delivery letter which is being returned to sender...so, not only reported them to Trading Standards also filed a report with http://www.actionfraud.police.uk/
I would strongly recommend everyone else to do the same...they cannot be allowed to do this ! I'm fortunate in that I'll hopefully get my money back... others may not be so lucky.
I paid for my order on 15/11, I've now been waiting for delivery for over a month, I've sent several chasing emails over the past 3 weeks and had several LAME replies from OneClick stating that they themselves are awaiting delivery, although the items were (and still are) showing as 'in stock at depot' when I placed my order. In the last email reply received on 06/12, OneClick stated that part of my order would be dispatched that day and a refund could be issued for the remaining items (OneClick online tracking also shows status of part order dispatched on 06/12) I replied stating I'd request a refund if my order was still not received by the following week as I really needed the items I ordered !! I emailed yet again on 13/12 as I hadn't received the items that were supposedly dispatched on 06/12 and no further update regarding delivery of the rest of my order, so I requested the refund. I'd been receiving responses to my emails the same or next day, but needless to say I've not yet had any response to my email and refund request sent on 13/12 to: firstname.lastname@example.org, email@example.com, firstname.lastname@example.org - so I've filed a dispute direct with Paypal, I'll be escalating it asap. I've never had to wait so long for ANY internet order in the 10 years that I've been shopping online. TIMEWASTERS - POSSIBLE SCAM OR BANKRUPT ?! DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE BUY FROM THEM. GO SEARCH WEB FOR 'ONECLICK REFUND' AND READ THE COUNTLESS COMPLAINTS. Ordered a new bed for my cat on 28/11/2012, after a week I checked the website order tracking to find my item hasn't been dispatched, checked the website to see that the item is in stock, so sent an email enquiring as to where my item was?
The next day I received an email back to say the item is due in stock in the next 1-4 days and will be sent straight away. Another week on, still no item has arrived, but is still showing as in stock on the website! I've sent two more emails since with no response. It's now three weeks since I ordered the item and it still hasn't arrived. Nobody is answering on the phone or on the online 'help' system! Beginning to think they must have gone bust.
I have opened a dispute on paypal and want to try and get my money back. Will not be using again!!

I ordered an item on the 5th December (13 days ago), at the time and even today, the item is showing as "in stock".
Like others, I've still had no sight of my order, despite their stated expectation to ship within 24 hours (and apparently notify you if it's going to take any longer, which hasn't happened). On my account the order has shown as "awaiting picking" since the order was placed.
I have contacted them via email 3 times. According to their website they aim to respond within 12 hours. Well, my first email was sent on the 10th (8 days ago) and last time was 2 days ago. Still no response.
I managed to find a phone number in the small print on the website but am currently on hold and doubt I will get through to anyone, I'm probably just throwing more money and time down the toilet!
The lack of any communication is ridiculous, is the warehouse manned by machines? Does anyone actually work at this place?
I would not shop here again and would NOT recommend you use this site!

ordered items on internet no problems there, paid for items, no problem but at no point did they say that some of my order was out of stock, if at some point before placing my order this was mentioned I would not have placed my order, as items needed for fish tank. I had to e-mail them to find where my order was and when I could expect it. It eventually arrived a month after I had ordered them.
My order was placed on 28.11.12 and payment taken from my card. After a few days of not hearing I emailed asking when I might expect to receive my order and I received a reply very quickly to say it was out of stock and offering me a refund. I emailed back asking when the stock was expected and was then told it was it was now in stock and had been despatched (so I didn't ask for refund - damn it)!
I waited and waited and on checking the tracking id, saw that my item was apparently in my home town where it has been sat ever since. Despite several emails and unsuccesful telephone calls there has been no response from the company. I have just contacted my card provider and they have told me that if I have still not received the item by 28.12.12 they can try to get me a refund. Sadly, the item I ordered was a birthday gift, and the the birthday was last Friday so it looks like I will have to fork out for another present. I wonder if they really did win a LTSB Enterprise award this year - if they did, LTSB clearly didn't look at the accounts!
Terrible company. I realised a few days ago that I was probably unlikely to receive my order so I asked them to cancel. I have tried to contact them numerous times by email and phone and had ZERO response. They have my money, I have NO PRODUCT!
I wish I had read the reviews here first. WARNING: Avoid any of the One Click websites like the plague (OneClickPharmacy, Tools, Toys, Secrets etc.). I believe its either a scam, or they've gone out of business. Take a look at the product reviews - they are written in poor english with grammatical errors and therefore questionable. I am allowing them the 30 day performance period (under the 'Consumer Protection' (Distance Selling) Regs 2000), after which I will make a formal written request for a refund, followed by a complaint to Cambridgeshire Trading Standards, the ASA, and if appropriate, ActionFraud. I suggest everyone else who has suffered difficulties with One Click Ventures Ltd does the same.

Good product / as described, attractively priced and offer codes received for future orders. However, the order confirmation email on 11/11/12 said 'We aim to process and despatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving them' but it wasn't until 16/11/12 that I had a notification saying the order had actually been dispatched. I then received it a few days later. It wasn't urgent so no harm done but I certainly wasn't expecting to wait a week for my goods.
